went in to have my blood work done, told them I would pay cash, cash price please & they charged me accordingly, then went ahead and tried to go claim this on my insurance for 3.5times the discussed amount several months later. Insurance fraud O stars
Everyone at Low T Center is incredible! I especially want to give a shout out to Alex, who has been extremely helpful and always has a positive attitude!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Alex and the girls up there are great. Keep up the great work.
I travel a lot, so I have been to several locations and without a doubt this one is by far the best! Alex at the front desk does a fantastic job getting you in and out quick! The entire staff make you feel very welcome! I highly recommend them!
I just relocated to Texas from the Seattle, WA metro area. For the last five years, I was treated for low testosterone via a clinic with multiple locations in Washington. My former doctor almost never checked my levels and charged $4,000 per year for treatment. I had heard of Low T for some time, but never had the time to make the change. Today, I had my first appointment with the local office here in Tyler. It was probably the most impressive, patient-focused medical environment I have ever experienced. The staff from the coordinator, the nurse who drew my blood and the nurse practitioner were absolutely first-class. I don't typically write reviews, but this place was so over-the-top incredible, that I was compelled to share my experience.
First had a real difficult time drawing blood. First time in years someone couldn't do it in first stick. Get all done and was charged $99. I have insurance which they told me they took. Was very disappointed and was not planning on returning.Got a call from Low T Center and admitted that I was not notified of the cost up front so they refunded my $99. They really wanted a chance to treat me. I'm happy about that because I have dealt with many a clinic that could not of cared less I walked out the door.
They're good... Except that lady that couldnt figure out how to draw my blood. She stuck me like 5 different times !!! They fired her though so i won't dock any stars for that.
Great place, and great bunch of ladies. Be patient through the process and expect them to be busy. But any great place will be busy. Very thorough towards your health and needs. The few times that I've been so far, they've proven to be flexible with my own schedule. Them being open on Saturdays has been very helpful for me. Very easy to talk to and easy going nurses, and doctor and the P.A. is great. Glad I went and she went over my blood work in a way that no one else had in the past. All though they were very busy, she made the time to explain everything on my level of medical experience (which is none lol). Thank you ladies!!!
Great people

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
