I went to the ER with partial loss of vision in my right eye. I was diagnosed with a torn retina at 10 AM and by 3PM I was on my way home. Dr. Lu’s office squeezed me in and Dr. Lu completed step 1 of a pneumatic retinopexy. He saw me the next morning to complete the procedure. My vision was restored and I am still amazed! Cannot praise Dr. Lu or his office enough.

My husband had a detached retina. Dr. Lu went over and above with my husbands surgery, follow up treatment, and treatment. He met us at his office on a Saturday when the office was closed to make sure things were done as quickly as possible to repair Brian’s retina. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a retina specialist! Thanks Dr. Lu!!!

Dr. Lu has help my wife keep the eyesight that God gave her. When she first received her diagnosis, she was devastated. But having gone for the series of injections with Dr Lu, her Macular Degeneration has gone back to "dry" and we are confident that it will never return. I cannot say enough about the gift that Dr. Lu has given us and we will forever be grateful.

It is very disappointing how this physician treated a visually impaired patient. Extremely condescending and cruel to say the least.I took my aunt to see this doctor, he was very cold, little to no manners at all. Very blunt and cold hearted when it came of telling my aunt there was no hope for her to see again. As a doctor be a little more compassionate and caring to someone when it comes to being w a patient. I hope he reads this and changes the way he is as a doctor and how he treats human beings

Dr. Lu operated for a macular hole in my eye in 2010. The gas mix swelled and damaged my optic nerve. My vision in that eye is like in a fun house mirror. Glaucoma developed. I am allergic to most medicines to treat it. I have spent immeasurable time, energy and money trying to save my eye. My other eye does not have glaucoma, but has to work constantly trying to correct for the damaged eye. I am facing more surgery to try to save what is left of my vision in the damaged eye. I do not recommend Dr. Lu.

My retina was torn. My regular retina Dr.'s office told me not to worry about it. It turned into an emergency situation by Friday night. The Dr at my regular retina dr's office wouldn't even call me back. Out of desperation i called Dr. Lu on Saturday morning. He met me at his office and saved my eyesight. The other retina doctors are more concerned about their time than your eyesight. This Doctor is practically a saint. I have been going to him for 2 years now and this is the guy!

I have been using Dr. Lu for 3 years. I could not imagine a better go to Dr. I have no complaints with my treatment there. They do get busy, that's not their fault. Rarely, but sometimes they are late, but I can't complain. It isn't because of incompetence. Sometimes they are just very busy, or an emergency occurs. Dr. Lu and his staff are great, I wouldn't change for the world. Everyone from reception to treatment are first class. ********** 10 Stars
