List of Noel Baker's Reviews
This is the only neurologist in network with my insurance in our area and my doctor has sent over 2 referrals and after 3 months I have still not received a call, I can’t get anyone on the phone, no one will return a message, etc! This is my last resort to get some kind of response from these people! 3 months to even know about getting on the schedule is ridiculous!
Terrible terrible doctor. No exuse for taking her bad day out on patients and families. Rude. Cold. Uncaring. It's a shame there aren't more pediatric nuerologists in east Texas. Some have no choice but to use her and put up with her lack of concern and care for her patients. I give her a 0 star.
She is very blunt and that's what is needed. I hate when things are sugar coated. Straight to the point answered every question I asked.
I have been seeing Dr. Baker for about 4 years now and she has never been anything but helpful. Her and her staff are always very friendly and I would definitely reccomend her.
I adore her! Yes she may seem “cold hearted” but she’s a neurologist guys! She has a lot of patients seeing as she’s one of the few pediatric neurologists in east Texas. My daughter had been under her care for 5 years now and her seizures are under complete control. I love how to the point she is. She’s very professional and to the point. I wouldn’t have my daughter see anyone else
Today was day three, still refuses to answer question, walks off when you ask questions Your better off talking to a wall. To say she has the personality of a goat would be to good...
Dr. Baker was the neuro who saw me after I was admitted to CTMF because I began having seizures again. I had the EEG leads on and was monitored for 3 days. I had an awful H/A the entire time. It wasn’t one of my normal migraines, and the meds they were giving me were not working at all. After I threatened to leave AMA she came in and added a 2nd med and discharged me. When they took the leads off, I had lacerations all over my head. I was allergic to the glue the entire time..causing my HA.
Has no bed side manors and acts like you should not ask questions very disappointed
Dr Baker is the best neurologist I've ever met. Quite thorough in her search for explanations. Never giving up and she's known my son since first seizure 17 years ago. While she may not be all warm fuzziez she is most definitely the Dr you want if you want honesty and forthrightness. She prepared me for the life my son would have and the problems I would encounter. And for the last 17 years, it's been absolutely correct.
Dr Baker was on ER call when my husband went in because of a stroke. She seems like a wonderful doctor but when she came into his room the following day, she did not take time to answer questions. She walked out ignoring us after quickly checking him. She also said he could go back to work in a stressful position in 3 days Her bedside manner is hideous.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
