Very good employees Took really good.care of me
Always a good experience at Hope Cancer Center. Dr. Droder is the best, he’s kind and easy to talk to.
Aleah very professional and ask a lot of important question’s questions to get to the causes. Highly recommend Jill and the lab technicians.
My husband died four years ago. He had insurance and this place is still sending bills. Lack of compassion and very greedy.
Do not go here. The male nurse was not happy to be there. The only time he smiled was at the other cute nurse he was flirting with. He was very rude and did not like answering any questions. I highly recommend North Campus instead!
This was the best place. When you are at your lowest, you are greeted with care and compassion as you enter the doors. The receptionist are so intuned to your feelings, so cheerful. The lab people are so gentle, the oncology nurses are absolutely THE BEST... The radiology team so so Sympathetic as you go thru radiation. They check on you at home. You KNOW they care about you. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else 8 months out breast cancer survivor
The cancer journey is not an easy journey for anyone. We will forever be grateful to Dr. Martin and his team at the Hope Cancer center. The receptionist’ are upbeat and greet each patient with care and concern. I will always be amazed at how dedicated the financial assistance group were in working toward obtaining help for our son. The chemo group of nurses are some of the kindest people you could work with and will try to make your chemo session as comfortable as possible. The lab personnel care for you and will usually obtain the blood on first stick. So very thankful for the care of Dr Martin and his nurse, Rebecca.
Since the patient advocacy page and the site to file a complaint doesn't seem to be working, I'll leave my complaint here. Every since my father has been diagnosed in mid November, this HOPE center isn't giving much hope. To begin he still hasn't began treatment. They have been dragging their feet with everything. Despite the system being down, you still have a duty to provide patient care. It seems as if everything is happening backwards. Nobody seems to be on the same page. The first doctor that we were referred to was changed. It took them until December to schedule him to get his port, which he was not educated on. It took 2 weeks to get insurance cleared. I called to inform them that we were waiting on them to verify the insurance, and it was done in less than 2 hours. A treatment was finally scheduled, only for them to call back 3 days later and cancel, because he hasn't had Chemo Teach. Chemo teach was scheduled for a another week out. It is now January and my dad is in the hospital due to complications with the mass on his liver interfering with his kidney function. I received a phone call today from HOPE scheduling stating that they want to do a PET scan. WHAT!?!
The highest quality treatment and care.
I asked my friend my best friend how many stars she said five I only take her to that Cancer center may God bless you all and all you know

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
