UT HEALTH IMAGING CENTER Very rude front desk personnel. No recognition when signing in, just ignored. After signing in I started reading a notice regarding MRI patients. Andrea then stated I could go sit down and she wound call me when she was ready for me. She seemed to be condescending. While waiting she ask if I knew I owed $80 ish dollars. It was not clarified they my charge for that day was what she was referring to. I responded No! She then stated since I signed in on echart I should have known. I had no clue what she was taking about. She acted as if I wasn't or didn't Gabe the money to pay for the visit. Had She said, your balance today is... I just found her to be a bit rude. However my MRI tech was excellent. Thank you Ashley for making my visit more pleasant, for explaining the procedure, for speaking to me kindly, showing my way around and my way out. You are gratefully appreciated.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Horrible, rude service over the phone makes it difficult to schedule important visits for babies and young children. I had a woman tell me it was my responsibility as a parent to make sure my kids are schedule, not theirs. If I could take my kids to another clinic, I would. It's taking months to get my kids scheduled for their vaccines and it's not the first time. It doesn't make sense not to be able to call the office directly. Only one main line to call and speak with someone who transfers the call only to have to leave a message and not hear back from anyone.

This is the MOST AWFUL COMPANY EVER to work for!!! They ALLOW sexual harassment and descrimination by other employees, and retaliation by the human resources department after it's been reported. They will allow management to bully, and berade you, until you feel powerless!!! God bless the willing!!!

I have paid a $25 bill 3 times and they keep telling me it is a different one. So now they have turned over to a collection agent. I don't have time to fight this but I will. I hate the clinic and since my doctor quit I don't have to go back,

While I love my doctor, I cannot stand the staff. I unfortunately have no choice but to go through UT because of my insurance and I hate it. The people that greet you are cold and unfriendly and god forbid you have to call with a question! I am in the process of changing over my meds from my previous doctor and it takes so long to get a response that in two separate occasions, I've gone over a week without a refill. I've left messages that were never returned. I so wish I could have stayed with Mother Francis, they were so friendly and easy to work with.

We see pediatrician Dr. Zachary Cannon. He is the best with my daughter. His nursing staff is very friendly also. Dr. Cannon goes above and beyond for us. There is no dumb question with him. He always gives me a compliment on my daughter and always reassures me that my daughter is okay. Seriously the best!

Update on my review yesterday on Dr. Nghia Truong, he reported me to Social Services for elderly abuse!! I get a call last night from Social Services and I tell them exactly what happened and they are appalled. "What?! He didn't even check her for the UTI infection?" Nope. Nor did did he acknowledge the blood pressure reading if 200/90. He thought I was her Aide. If he had asked or introduced himself maybe this all could have been avoided. He also told them she lived with me and I was withholding her medication I am filing an update on my complaint. I hope he loses his license for negligence of a elderly patient.
