List of Ut Health North Campus Tyler's Reviews
caring staff to help figure out whats going on
Friendly staff and easy access to get my booster injection
I thank all the staff that took care of me UT Health Center it took care of me Beckham Street yall all did a good job taking care of me the surgery was a success and Im home and I think the staff that took care of me did I was able to go home and one more thing one of the staff named Caleb he really took care of me tell him I said hi and I didnt get to see him before I left tell him good job
Both of my sons go to the Behavioral Heath clinic here. One son sees Dr. Scardina who is wonderful He is knowledgeable and refills are always on time. He is extremely professional. However it seems he is the only good one in the clinic.. Unfortunately my youngest son can’t have him because he is overworked and overwhelmed and not taking new patients.Because they are constantly rotating “medical students” getting their doctorates. Although this is kind to do.. It isn’t helpful for the patients because these students literally cannot do anything without the one doctor that signs off on it.. signing off.. Which this doctor rotates multiple offices. It is INSANE and the office knows about this issue and STILL after 1 year has not fixed it. Instead they just tell me..”You’re not the first patient who is dealing with this”.. How negligent..They also never refill on time and play the blame game.. Nurse blames doctor.. Doctor blames nurse or higher doctor for not signing.. staff at front are blamed for not noting something.. NO ONE WORKS TOGETHER FOR THE PATIENT EVER..We had to send my sons meds once to a different pharmacy in a emergency situation.. and now they constantly send it there despite us asking them to send it back to our normal pharmacy. Because insurance only covers generic and we usually have to wait to get this in…pushing us to buy name brand which is expensive. They know with being behavioral health that ALL THE MEDICATION THEY PRESCRIBE IS A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE which means that doing these kind of things puts a family in a situation of feeling forced to buy out of pocket to keep their family member from skipping dose or missing a dose needed. I feel for the family’s on Medicaid because they are just stuck and abused and discriminated like this. This is malpractice and beyond wrong.Even after insurance has told them to sign a notice stating “medically necessary” to send to insurance they refuse to do so. If they did Insurance would cover name brand and we wouldn’t be out money every single time just to keep our son from missing a dose.missing doses is bad. Because constantly doing this lowers the effectiveness of it for the person.Patient Advocacy has tried to correct this multiple times and quality control.. Still happens. What is the point of medication working if refills are so hard to get that patients go nearly two weeks before actually getting it? How is it helpful for patients when they are constantly exposed to students who can’t do anything??? Who rotate every 2 mths??? Some even having the worst bedside manner and nothing is done about it..At this point myself and other patients are done and considering going to state to report them.Because in the end the patients are suffering.. and they absolutely do not care. If they end up burning Dr. Scardina out.. Then they will lose the only good thing left about the clinic.
Everyone was super nice and really seemed to care about us
Everyone is and has been very good with me I recommend the Doctors and nursesThis Hospital is wonderful
they are very professional n courtious here i will be back for other medical issues to be addressed
staff and Dr. was wonderful during radiation and now he is doing chemo
Useless. I was out of medication so I made an appointment only to find out they can’t even give me my medication the first visit so I would be out a month so now I have to just quit taking my medication altogether. Thanks UT for nothing. I can’t go to a different doctor as I just took off work for this one and would get fired thanks to this hospitals incompetency. I would go to any hospital but this one
the nurses are very nice and gentle in lab.Friendly staff.Makes you feel comfortable and safe.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
