List of Ut Health Tyler's Reviews
6th floor worst place ever!!!! We had to get moved because we seen roaches well the room I got moved to is even worse! There is no equipment in my room that I need , then nurse even said there is no way for me to contact her because the room buttons don’t even work!! Don’t come here.
Came in @ 9pm because my recently pregnant wife was having cramps. Sat in the waiting room for 3 hours. Then had the ultrasound from the rudest guy. Then were told to wait on the results in the waiting room. It is now 2:16 am and we are still waiting. I pray our baby is ok.
I want to recommend a trusted and legit trader. I use to make little profits on trading options account but when I came in contact with Mrs patience Adamson, I made $15,000 within a week by trading with her. She is the best in forex/binary options trade, contact her today and thank me afterwards. Email: patienceadamson494@gmail.com WhatsApp Number: +13236286419

Again told them that I did not feel good but was sent home. Well here we go again 2 days later readmitted for another 2plus week come the weekend and sent home again. This hospital waited several days after receiving PT/OT recommendations for inpatient rehab to submit an insurance approval. Just wasting my grandfather’s time waiting in the hospital bed to start treatment. The perfect example of our broken healthcare system
Everyone here is so kind, caring and genuinely concerned about their patients. I haven’t received medical care of this level in years. UT Health in Pittsburg is top notch and their employees are phenomenal. Thank you for remembering what medical care is all about.
I brought my sister in for care, in triage I was told that she probably wasn’t as sick as I thought( I didn’t mention that I am a retired RN with 16 years in critical care as well as varied experience in different services) once in ER she received good care and was admitted (as I expected) I got home about 4am and slept in till 11am when I called the hospital and asked to speak to her nurse to get a condition report, while the phone was ringing I made my bed, dressed, brushed my teeth, walked the dog and fed her. At this point I hung up and call in again only to be put on hold… so I drove the 33 miles one way to see how she was. I took her there because I believe the care is the best in the area but I am deeply disappointed in the difficulty the staff seems to have in communication.I brought my sister in for care, in triage I was told that she probably wasn’t as sick as I thought( I didn’t mention that I am a retired RN with 16 years in critical care as well as varied experience in different services) once in ER she …More
I want @MamaBear to know that she has a case against the hospital.Texas Health & Safety Code, Sec.165.002 states, "A mother is entitled to breast-feed her infant in any location in which the mother is authorized to be."As a teaching hospital, you should provide a safe space for employees to nurse and/or pump. As a medical community, you should be encouraging breastfeeding not discouraging mothers who want to give their baby a health start in life.As a birth doula and former lactation consultant, I am appalled.I want @MamaBear to know that she has a case against the hospital.Texas Health & Safety Code, Sec.165.002 states, "A mother is entitled to breast-feed her infant in any location in which the mother is authorized to be." …More
Our loved one is located at this hospital at the moment. I would like to put on notice that some nurses bring their bad energy to work and around patients. No one should be a doctor or a nurse overseeing the care of patients with a disturbing spirit. That alone is a problem. We are still waiting on her to see a Neurologist. Nurse Angie love your job, love what you do when you are in the business of caring for others. If not change careers. Nurse Peter and Nurse Bea in ICU are okay. Yet Detailed Communication is key when dealing with the care of another. On Sunday, during our visit, the nurses decided to get up and come change her gown, and care for her as this should have been done before visiting not during. She was extremely hot in her room and I am sure that was expressed before we arrived. There is no excuse, if any patient is in ICU, no employee should be comfortable until the patients are comfortable. Seeing her uncomfortable disturbed me, seeing her treated any other way than Royal is an issue. Grandmother was moved today without informing the family. We expect her to be properly cared for, regardless of a shift change, regardless of the time of day. Turnover has been horrible and the Nurse Angie had a extremely nasty attitude today. Let that be the last time this prejudice hospital shows their energy or demeanor towards a family, preparing for Our loved one's healing. Trust and believe The Most High God will not overlook what you do behind closed doors. May this shine light for any employee at UT Health of Tyler or any family trusting this hospital to do what is righteous. Make ethical decisions and hold up to the mission statement. There is a code of conduct, we will keep a closer watch over who cares for Our Queen. Ase'Let's not judge a book by its cover, or do. There are some angels somewhere in the world.Update. It went from One Star to Four Stars in Seven Days. Fourth Floor Nurses are awesome. Cheyenne is Grandmothers favorite. Cheyenne goes over and beyond and around communication. With her being so attentive, as well as nurse Tiffany on 4th floor. I would say the environment and energy shifted. You can tell the difference in the attitude of someone who enjoys what they do, and one that does not. In this environment it is a must to have care givers that actually care. Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
