List of Zeid Women's Health Center, A Wellness Pointe Clinic's Reviews
I went here after being at a doctor's office that made me feel unheard and generally like they weren't worried or invested in my health. Zeid gave me hope that I don't just have to "get used to the pain." They were patient and kind when I was emotional from pain, it was just a night and day difference, and I appreciate them so much!
I knew something was off during my pregnancy. I kept voicing my concerns, but my concerns were often brushed off because my labs and blood pressure were "elevated but not alarming". The only reason preeclampsia was found was thanks to the OB on L&D at the Christus hospital. I put myself on bed rest for the last month of pregnancy because nothing I did to try to keep my BP down worked besides laying down with my feet propped up. Go to the bathroom and my BP would spike until I was sitting back down. I was monitored weekly, and I informed my doctor about my BP issues with simple daily activities and I still was brushed off because my BP "wasn't high enough for concern". I always had to wait a long time in the waiting room, and had to wait a while once I was in the room to see the doctor. Even though that was frustrating, I take that as they're likely tending to another patient who needs the extra time because they're likely getting bad news or have a much more difficult pregnancy, etc. For the average person my BP was slightly elevated, but compared to others when I'm not pregnant my bp is regularly on the lower end. So when my bp was 140s/80s+, I felt awful. My pregnancy was relatively easy, but my labor + birth was horrible. If it weren't for Dr. Turner, I'd give a lower review. During my labor, he made me feel heard. I didn't have to repeat concerns. He's an absolute gem when it comes to bedside manner, and knowing how/what to say to keep his patient calm. He had to make a tough decision during my labor, and I truly believe he's the reason my baby was born safely and without injury. The ob from This is Us reminds me of Dr. Turner so much. ❤️
Very efficient and helpful
Don’t go here! I was a Recovering alcoholic, I shared my concerns with the nurse practitioner my over all issue was sleep. When I told her I had sleep issues (I have had for 12 years) she said “well this is going to be a long 9 months”I was saddened by the response. I know I was dealing with a big problem. I relapsed during my pregnancy and still got ZERO help! It was a long awful Journey.! After my sons birth (who is perfect and healthy, no thanks to them) I never went back. I did not get the help I needed nor did I feel I got the respect. It was lagging and I only went to check on my sons progress. I never felt welcome or understood!!!! This was a sad and long process and would never recommend this to any mom who has issues to share because carelessly they don’t care!
Dr. Roy McClintock is horribly rude . Horrible bedside manners , rough, insensitive doesn’t listen to your concerns ,pushy the list goes on. This man will never in his life touch me again . It’s like he hates his job and if that’s the case it’s time to retire. If this man is the doctor on call when it’s time for me to deliver I’d rather have my baby at home. Ladies you deserve respect. Speak up and ask for someone else if you’re not getting the care that you deserve . I hope the clinic is taking note of the horrible reviews left on him .
Great place! Filling out paperwork online will be the best option if you’re a new patient. I was in and out. Nurses and Staff are so kind and helpful. Dr. Brooke is amazing!
Don’t go unless you don’t mind spending half your afternoon hereI love my NP and the MA. However, the wait time isn’t worth it. What could’ve been done in 10 minutes took nearly two hours.
At first I thought it was a good clinic after experiencing family circle of life but after going to appointment and waiting 1 hour in the lobby and 1 hour in the room EVERYTIME it got annoying. Once you hit the lab work session with them it’s AWEFUL some staff is nice but they are inconsistent with directions the want to rush you but whenever you get a sonogram and want to take your time looking at your baby they want to rush that part. I see staff numbers gone down and staff that stay there seem annoyed of unorganization in the back. This is my first pregnancy and I think I would rather go back to cirlce if life!
I absolutely loved the nurse practitioner I saw. She changed my life. But the billing. I told the lady I wanted to pay in full in cash. Left thinking everything was good. Until I got a $98 bill from them. So I said ok and paid it. A few weeks later, I get a $143 bill saying I was 90 days late on the first one. How?! It hasn't even been 90 days since I went to the Dr. So in other words. Be prepared to continue getting bills for absolutely nothing. Was so happy to find this place and the wonderful nurse who finally figured out my issues but unfortunately will not be coming back due to this fun billing issue. I paid cash in full. Should not be receiving random bills. Turns out to be much cheaper to just go to Mother Francis
They almost killed my daughter one of there doctors left the afterbirth in her and they sent her home she got very ill and had to have emergency surgery. No one took responsibility for it some doctors are good and some just don't care and she was very rude.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
