Everyone is nice except the one lady today (9/25/23) at the front desk. She is so rude and unwilling to help the customer. Poor customer service skills and completely rude all around. I dislike her and I will not come back again because she is very disrespectful.

It was fine the staff was friendly professional and sweet. I was nervous about taking my UA and the girl at the front was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Generally everybody was warm funny and friendly.👍🏽

Took my mom here for a fall she had. They were so friendly and efficient. Would definitely go again for any urgent care needs.

I would recommend anyone to Fastmed the lady by the name Annette was generous and helpful nice attitude and the Staff working in the back took great care of me going back to Fastmed is a must

This place is a joke. The front desk “patient rep” is incompetent. I’m a 100% disabled vet through Va and she repeatedly tried to tell me my plan was inactive, lol. She even tried to print it out and show me. I asked to speak to the manager and she said no one in there knows more than her, lol. I should have left then. I tried to break it down one more time, to her level, and explain that 100% disabled vets don’t have expired insurance. She then says “oh, you are Va”? There’s a different process to verify. I was basically done at that point but I finally decided to leave after an hour wait and being lied to that I was next, all while witnessing all kinds of hipaa violations. All I wanted was a Covid test, I probably ended up giving someone Covid by waiting in there so long. People like that has no business in healthcare. Go somewhere else. Go to a real hospital, if u can.

Nothing Fast or Urgent about this place. Filled out paperwork before arrival...still took over an hour to be seen. Only two other people in the lobby. Front desk is a slow as can be.
