Just keep driving! It's not even that they don't care about a person's health but more the fact that they make one question the competency. They are relying on the cocoa fear to keep people coming.

Uvalde Memorial Hospital has provided me with exceptional medical care in to ER to x-rays and blood work.The staff is very professional and does a great job overall. I am very thankful that they are not that far away. Keep up the great work !

Took my 68 year old bride to ER , at 9 pm in pain and confused. They would not let me go back with her and did not want to hear anything from me! Sat in waiting area with no update for 3 hours, went to take a nap in SUV with my phone, woke up went back in and finally found someone with a pulse and asked about my wife. She’s not here we transferred her to San Antiono. This was 2 am , never got a call or response. This is a hell of a way to do business! I won’t be using this ER and I think they should be reported! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! If you need ER don’t stop here, drive extra miles!!!!

Staff in the ER and registration office were amazing… All of the staff treated my daughter so well. Made her feel comfortable And were very tentative Thank you so much ❤️🙏🏻

On vacation at concan. A child in our party fell and cut her knee pretty bad. Rushed her here to this place I will not call it an emergency room cause nobody here is in any kind of rush. The fastest I’ve seen any worker walk was when they were walking out the door to go home. We’ve been in the waiting room for 3 hours already and still haven’t been seen. Seen at least 3 different patients just leave cause they were tired of waiting. Went up and asked if they had any kind of estimate as to when she’d be seen and all I get was we’re pretty busy we’ll get to y’all when we can just wait til we call you. Absolutely the worst emergency room I’ve ever been to. Wish I could put negative stars but I can’t but that’s what they deserve.
