I have been prostrate cancer free for 10 years with no complications after treatment by Dr. Toulan. He is professional, friendly and honest in advising me of the treatment options and explained them to me in language I can understand. I came to him from out of state for a second opinion after being diagnosed and after a short conversation asked him to take me as a patient. I sincerely believe I owe him for years of an enjoyable life I would not otherwise have had.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Toulan!!!! I have had issues with kidney stones and prostate. Dr. Toulan has always taken the time to listen to me and explain to me how best to handle the situation. His staff is very friendly and helpful and my wait time has never been more than 10 minutes. Dr. Toulan is a doctor I trust.

While nobody else at the hospital could figure out why my dad keeps getting UT's he was able to. He was able to find that he has lots of little cysts in his bladder...then proceeds to tell us that he had never seen that before. We don't feel like he has tried to find other options other than surgery (which my dad can't have right now because of blood clots) and he doesn't want to do it because "it could alter his mental state." This is frustrating because his "mental" state is very much altered with hallucinations from the UTI's. He's 78. We are most definitely going to get a second opinion from another urologist that has seen and treated this.
