His nurse Angie is very rude. Been his patient for over ten years and she is the reason I'm changing doctors. I have made a complaint on her and nothing has changed. I pay them for referrals and it takes her WEEKS to get around to it. I pay him to receive medication and it takes her WEEKS to get them filled. I once asked her if the shot she was giving me had any side effects and her response "you'll know in 15 minutes " . I've had it with her rude behavior.

I was refused service! I’m a military dependant and I’m in the area for a month and needed to go to the doctor. Got things set with my insurance and they assigned me to this doctor. Called to make an appointment and got told I could go somewhere else that this is a family healthcare for patients that if I needed to only be seen once to go to the hospital.

My med case is complicated. Dr. Borchardt has treated my conditions carefully and with all involved in mind. Dr. Borchardt has been my physician for more than 10 years now.

If you are there on time and a patient shows up late for their appt you will get put on hold for the one that was late I waited an hour past my appt for 2 appt that were scheduled after me. Because the lady said I was scheduled at 945 and I was scheduled at 930 and she was seen and I left before I was called back. Poor way of doing things

Have never dealt with a health care provider who was a big a jerk as this man! Actually, not sure I've dealt with anyone in any profession who was as big a jerk as this man!
