Utterly abysmal wait times. Each time I'm waiting an hour+ past my appointment time to get seen, with no updates given during that hour, no reason for the wait. What's the point in arriving on time for my appointment?The waiting room is crowded and extremely cramped. There's no extra space given for those in wheelchairs, and there are nearly always several here through the hours.

Dr Thota is very kind and thorough. I've been his patient for 13 years and trust him implicitly. I have a brother who is a doctor and after a conversation with him told me to keep him as he felt I had a good one.

Dr. Thota is an awesome doctor. His office staff however is incompetent! When I went in for my appt Dr. Thota wanted me to have another echo (the one I had was not good enough for him) I qrgued about not wanting to pay for another echo. After the office staff called my insurance they came back and said "if you have the echo done today it ispart of your $50 copay." 2 months later I owe Dr. Thota almost $500 because the girl did not say "it's part of your $50 copay if you've already met your deductible". According to the office manager this is all my fault because I should have known that I had not met my deductible. Me sitting in the office saying I don't have the money to pay for this & the office worker telling me the wrong information & this is still my fault!

I went to Dr. Thoata for years. He"s an excellant cardiologist, thorough, helpful and gives you the feeling you're in good hands. I moved away or I would still be going to him. I believe I was in very competent hands.Office staff was excellent. Waiting time minimal. He also sees patients in Vernon on Thursdays.
