Never had to wait very long. His nurse was nice and efficient. Dr. Manatt answered all questions I had. Even though I am still in pain, he reassured me it was not kidney stones.

I was satisfied very satisfied with the service the doctor he got straight to the point no peeking around the bush you let me know what I needed to know and I like that get me in on my appointment on on points right on time I like that getting my procedures done getting scheduled on time and in in right away love it and yes I will go back and visit this doctor

My appointment was at 1:00 and the door wasn't opened until 1:00 so I knew that I wouldn't see the doctor at one. I was relatively sure that I wouldn't see Dr. Manatt but a few minutes. I was not the first patient called so I am confident that more than one patient was scheduled at 1:00. I was disappointed that I had to wait.

Always a friendly environment from the time you walk into the waiting room and into the patient room Dr. Manatt alway friendly and polite explaining why the surgery is needed and explaining his procedure. I will continue to see this doctor for all m problems.

The receptionist was dry, the nurse in the room was very pleasant, Dr Manatt have me great options and didn't push for any direction, leaving that to me. The exit receptionist was sweet. The mask mandate has been lifted and yet this office still requires you to wear it. I guess fear still rules...
