The staff is slow to respond to requests, i.e. they often don't "receive faxes from the pharmacy or results from tests". I guess they need to either put paper in the fax or buy a new one. The PA is very defensive when a question arises about medical care or when procedures are questioned. Very lacks environment toward their patients.

Dr.Verma is the Best!!!! He had lab work done that no other doctors have done! And treated me the right way for my Thyroid Disease, before coming to Dr.Verma I felt at my worse, I couldn't function, always felt tired, weak, gaining weight like crazy!! Every lab result he went over with me explained everything I didn't understand he takes time with his patients, all in all he changed my medications, and I feel alive!!! I feel great!!! His the best and amazing staff!!! I highly recommend him!!

I was seen in a timely manner. The nurses were great. Dr. Verma took time with me and ask me several questions and then gave me a good exam. Very polite, kind physician.

Dr. Verma and Dr. Bhatia are exactly alike, both order a lot of unnecessary tests, then blame everything on anxiety. His misdiagnosis nearly cost me my life, I'm lucky that I found a new doctor before it was too late. I had severe migraines, chronic pain, and muscle spasms, but he insisted I was making it up, and it was all in my head. As it turns out, it was in my head in an ironic sort of way. My brain had herniated in to my spinal column due to a condition known as Chiari Malformation. After seeing multiple doctors, including Dr. Verma, I barely survived. He was my mother and father's doctor as well, and he misdiagnosed her leukoencaphalopathy as stroke, and without the proper treatment she nearly died. He repeatedly misdiagnosed my father's Multiple System Atrophy, now my father is gone. I wouldn't trust Dr. Verma with my dog, much less a human. He doesn't even deserve one star.
