The front ladies that work the deskare rude and unprofessional.It has went down this past year the service use to be great but now it seems they hire anybody.I would consider looking somewhere else .

The male doctor is rude. If you ask questions he makes you feel dumb. You can barely understand him. The front desk girl looks mad all the time. Doesn’t feel welcoming at all when you get there. And they only schedule super early appointments which is hard when you barely get sleep because of your newborn. Don’t waste your time going here!

We love Dr. Suresh! Our daughters saw him for most of their childhood until we moved away. They each grew attached to him and still miss him. He is trustworthy, kind, and caring. He often called in the evening to check on my daughter when sick or to return a call. He gave referrals when needed and took time to explain very well. We were without insurance at times and their office did "cash pay" for a very reasonable price.

Doctors Maya and Suresh are good doctors. Caught my son's pyloric stenosis right away and did not hesitate to have him rushed to the hospital to get it fixed. They always take care of all my children and let me know if anything could be wrong with them. And my kids love Dr. Suresh.But they lately have been having terrible luck with their front office staff. They are rude and unprofessional.I was called by CHIP as to why I have not taken my children for well visits. I informed them that I did and they said that there is no record of it. When I call Dr. Pathikonda's office, the girl that answered said that she didn't know anything, so I asked to speak with the clinic manager (I know, so typical...) and she said they didn't have one. I asked her who handled the billing because if they're not reporting/billing the visits, how is Dr. P getting paid? Again she said, this time rudely, "I don't know. Come to the office to figure it out and pick up a form to take to the Medicaid office." Seriously? It's your job... or somebody's job in that office...And oh lord, don't even get me started on vaccine record requests...Dr. Pathikonda, you need to hire better trained people. It's getting frustrating. :(

My three daughters saw Dr. Suresh for most of their childhoods until we had to move out of state. All of my girls grew attached to him. He is a very good and caring doctor and he will make referrals if needed. He does show genuine concern and tries to explain well with drawings etc. for people like me who want more explanation. We have had to see Dr. Maya on occasion and she is also very thorough and knowledgeable. On occasion we were without medical insurance and Dr. Suresh would let us do "cash pay" for a very reasonable price. The wait can be long but I realize it is because they see so many Medicaid and CHIP recipients.

My kids have gone here since 2012 until this year. At first, they were great but lately it's horrible. My son had many, many ear infections & was treated repeatedly with antibiotics. On two occasions I asked for a referral to the ENT only to be denied by Dr. Suresh stating "Medicaid won't cover the referral if I didn't bring him in for every single ear infection, it needs to be reported a certain number of times" -- VERY long story short, the antibiotics he was given repeatedly were for bacterial infections, even after I was told by another doctor that it was FUNGAL, and was making it worse. He laughed in my face when I expressed my concern of how serious his diagnoses of mastoiditis was (from the ER) we've since switch and I urge anyone who's children go here, or if you're thinking of taking your children here to look up the Texas Medical Board Website & view Actions

This place is a joke. I am new to the area and I don’t have insurance for my son. I pay cash. They refused service.

I love Dr. Suresh Pathikonda, he has always been a great Dr. to my kids and is always on point with his diagnosis, he goes above and beyond his duties as a physician. He shows that he cares for his patients, and one thing that is hard to find in Drs is empathy, and he has always shown that, my daughter is about to become of age where she has to go to another physician, but I will never forget Dr. Suresh and all he has done for my family, I would highly recommend him..

My children have been going to him for years. I appreciate his honesty and kindness and his willingness to always find the answers and alternatives. The only problem I have ever had is with the front desk getting our insurance right. However the girls are usually kind and try to resolve it in a timely manner.
