Maybe a good doctor for normal civilians (but I doubt it), but a terrible one for vets and active duty military. It's beyond me how a person refuses to fill out a simple form and consistently refuses to do her job as a doctor. I have never met a doctor who refuses to help a patient, much less leave the drama work to her assistant. Does not communicate well, refuses to do her job even though she is being paid by tricare, and lacks empathy for the patient. Quite frankly, left me disgusted and changed my doctor, who by the way was more than willing to help.

This physician reminds us of what healthcare once was and should always be: patients first. Dr. Kathpalia has taken the time with my mother that we were searching for and has become a phenomenal manager of her multiple health-related issues.

Listens and makes sure I'm up to date on the flu shots and shingle shot and checks my blood work on a regular basis. Also the nursing staff is great. My mom and dad and I see her and my wife will begin in 11 months when she turns 65.

Dr. Kathpalia has been my primary physician for almost two years. It's not easy to find a new doctor, but she has also made me feel like I may not need a doctor. She's not listening to me, and when I'm concerned about a particular health problem, she seems disinterested or suggests yet another prescription drug without hearing all the details. She's very nice, but I've lost confidence in her.
