This place is a joke!! I took off work in extreme pain to visit this facility. The attending physician was rude and very unprofessional. When I tried to give him pertinent medical background information, he replied he didn't want to hear it, his prescription was for me to ice and elevate my arm, something I had been doing for two days. They wanted to get an MRI only at my insistence. They then told me my insurance had denied my request. I contacted my insurance and the said there had been no request for an MRI by this company or any one else. Visit here at your own risk.

I am new to Victoria and had an orthopedic surgeon appointment with Dr. Perez was not aware that I called the wrong office since he moved the nurse was rude and the lady that was in charge of making appointments hung up on me not professional at all

HORRIBLE experience here. The incompetent and extremely rude receptionist entered my phone number incorrectly so when I arrived for my appointment they claimed I had “CANCELLED” it. No- the wrong number they had called cancelled it. The simplest job of a dr’s office is to have the patient’s correct information. The receptionist had a horrible, snotty attitude towards me when I should have been shown apologies for having my appointment cancelled. The receptionist should get a talking to by upper management. Then I had to wait hours and hours for my appointment that should have never been cancelled. You would think they’d try to fit me in as soon as possible- nope. If you want to deal with snotty receptionists and disorganized staff then come here.
