Walked in and Samantha greeted me, got me checked in and after a short wait Nicole led me to exam room. After getting vitals Lucas came in and examined me suggested a prescription for treatment and I was on my way. I feel better already. Thank you everyone!

I was pleased from start to finish with my visit. Simple process to schedule an appointment online. I was able to complete most paperwork ahead of time. Front desk staff were courteous and professional. Medical staff were personable, caring and attentive. I was checked in, seen and treated in just over an hour. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Integrity urgent care is first class! From the moment you walk in the door, the way that you’re greeted by the receptionist to An intake process that is painless and simplistic, the whole experience was great! Teresa NP and the nurse that assisted her were very engaging and provided excellent care! I am new to the Waco/ China Spring area and will recommend integrity to everyone that I run into! Such a great experience. We took my toddler in with an ear infection. We were able to make an appointment on their website. We were seen very quickly. The entire staff was friendly. We saw PA Lucus (?? I think that was his name!), and he was very kind and gentle with my 2 year old. He was quick to find the problem, and gave very clear information on diagnosis and treatment. Both of my girls got a little goodie at the end of our visit, which they LOVED! We also promptly received a follow up call from our PA with other test result after our visit. I would definitely recommend this urgent care, and I appreciate having them right down the street from us!
