So, this place has seriously been a life saver for me I was detoxed because I actually was not going the proper things I was supposed to be doing. On my record it showed that I was detoxed for a balance owed and I’m not sure that was the only reason because I did mess up several times. I really want to come back. I have no bad things to say about this place because they serious and saved my life. I really want to come back because they took very god care of me. I have been detoxed out for over a month now and I’m scared that I’m going to start using again. Anyways this place is a ice saver and everyone here like I said is amazing. Really hope I am able to come back. My husband still goes here and it also has been a life saver for him. It was an eye opener for me to be detox out and if I had the chance to come back I would go exactly buy the book because I don’t want to go back back to using. If I were to go back then I feel that I will overdose or even start using worse drugs then before and I don’t want to do that. I am just still dope sick. I seriously need help and hoping that they will consider accepting me back. Anyways this is an amazing place. I take full responsibility for everything that I have done. If you are wanting to get help this is the right place for you to be. Nikki, Wanda, chad, Barbara, and all the other employees are amazing and they actually care about your recovery.- steph

They say they help, maybe in some occasions but not all. I em filling a greivance soon. I just wish ppl see this comment. They treat patients how ever they please or mood their in that day. Wait consist of 5-30min dont go 15 min. Before lunch God forbid they take luch late, the dope fins can wait is the feeling i got. I have video of their disregard of duty. Its a place to help and i received a run around. Thank God for my last clinic helping tremundously. If you read this and feel same way pls file a greivance on this clinic they need a update to the whole staff from board director to doc and nurses. Ms nikita is the best help their. Yet shes limited beeing just the secretary/

Over the course of a year the wait times and general quality of service have become terrible. With that said, if you have no other options I would recommend medmark. But until they turn things around you will experience long wait times and hit or miss communication from staff.

Need I say no more after I say this I was able to get my life back and everything I lost I got it back 10 folds

If you do the program the way it is designed to do. You will complete your hearts desire.

I just want to take the time to say thank you so much for everything everyone at medmark Waco has done for me I have been clean for a year. I am confident that I would be dead had I not made the decision to seek help for myself and with the help of the staff and a special thanks to Jim Janice Cindy and Miss Nikki I have a better life and a relationship with my family and most of all with God thank y'all so much. Came down from Maryland to assist my father with moving and selling a bunch of furniture out of a storage shed after his wife passed. Had a ton of trouble with the clinic on Temple and eventually was denied guest dosing the day before I arrived. Medmark was able to set up my guest dosing in less than a day with the assistance of my home clinics counselor. They were extremely nice and caring and although I couldn't use my insurance it was affordable. would definitely recommend to anyone in the area trying to get dosing and anyone from outside the area trying to guest dose. Wonderful staff.

Medmark hasn't only been a treatment center for me, but some of the staff at Medmark treatment center have been and are like family to me. I honestly don't know how my husband and I would have gotten through the past few years without his and my counselor (which were both different), the director, and the Dr. I speak in behalf of my husband as well. I honestly would just say this, if you're truly trying to find sobriety and a better lifestyle the counseling and groups that are required along with methadone/suboxone maintenance do help. However, if you're just still trying to get high and continue to use, then they will give you chances and try to help, but if the behavior continues, they must detox the person in case they overdose- not just because they may or may not be responsible legally but because none of them want to lose a patient to overdose or anything else. Sorry for such a long one but it's how I feel.
