Banyan Treatment Centers - Texas's Online Review Report Card

Highly understaffed. Rampant COVID. Disastrous lack in communication. Very nice nursing staff, but everything else was far below Banyan levels of care.

Worst treatment center , they will violate your probation , Kenyatta the case manager is the most unprofessional adult I’ve ever met . I peed clean at the treatment center when I came in and they still put me on a benzo taper. Worst place ever

Being honest in this review, I would say that at first I wasn't too comfortable at Banyan but as the days went by I grew a sense of appreciation for the staff and place for all they do. I went into Banyan in April, the facility opened up this year and so with that being said, there are a few things that can be better but that's part of the process of opening up a new place in general. To be fair I would say thisCons : What was advertised online was not fulfilled (again understandable due to its existence time), rules were changing left and right without proper communication amongst staff, a counselor there seem to not really care for certain people and favored others (no name out of respect). And lastly sometimes I felt like I was treated like a child.Pros : I really enjoyed the nature that this place has to offer. It was really nice waking up being away from the noisy city and when night time came, you can see the UFOs in the sky. The techs did everything they were able to really care for clients needs. Shout out to JD, Melissa, Ali, Ali's Sister, Guy with glasses that could not sit still and drink energy drinks, Mary and her son, as well as Nashaun from nursing. Angie from kitchen staff as well. The reason I am giving 5 stars is because of my Counselor Bill, I am forever grateful for all he did while my time there. He really made this experience a blessing and less frightening. Overall the whole staff and Banyan itself is worth going to if you want to change your life around. I can speak for myself.157 days sober.

Banyan Treatment Center was an amazing experience! Scott was the best when it came to talking things out and working the steps. Nicole and Rachel killed it with meeting client needs. The techs were by far the kindest and most compassionate I’ve encountered. I’ve gone to other treatment centers but never felt loved and important like at Banyon. Thank you to the nurses and chefs for their love too. 😊

I loved the place and the workers, it was my first time in treatment and I felt very cared for all the techs and employees are so helpful and loving to everyone. I haven’t drank or done drugs since I left banyan I’m 54 days sober In php rn and I’m grateful I ended up in this location. This place hold a special place in my heart💙

Highly understaffed.Covid measures change at the flip or a coin. Unorganized in leadership. Not loyal to there employees. Beautiful grounds. Things are not as good as is they want you to perceive.

Banyan Texas is a wonderful place to begin or continue recovery. I enjoy being part of each client's recovery as they work with our skilled clinical, medical and behavioral team. Staff truly have the best interest at heart for each client.
