Completely revamping my review as this corporation has gone completely to pot. A few weeks ago, I took my son in for tunnel vision in one eye. They took his temperature, checked his blood pressure, looked in his eye, and then sent us to our regular optometrist, who had a diagnosis in about 20 minutes. I paid $108.75 upfront and was told I wouldn't have to pay anything else. Lo and behold, I get a bill for another $101 after my insurance knocked the initial bill down by $248... How can 20 minutes of basic admission triage and an "I don't know, go see your eye doctor" be worth $458??

Perfect place to go if you want to sit for 2 hours and not even get seen. Do yourself a favor and head to any other branch but this one

I waited close to two hours to get tested for Covid-19, but the staff was friendly and professional. I understand that this was a busy time for them.

Everytime we come here we have for an a example 10 o’clock about 5-7 people get called back there and we won’t get back there till about 11

My husband and I were on our way to Galveston for our Honeymoon and I had an allergic reaction and had to find the nearest urgent care and we were traveling from Jacksonville,Ark and the GOOD LORD led us to HealthCare Express and the staff from the office receptionist to the nurses/ APN was so gracious,friendly,professional and they got me back quickly and I received the best care. I can’t wait to get back home and brag on you all. Take care and keep up the awesome care !!!! ♥️♥️♥️

Check-in was done online, sitting in the car, no standing in line with a load of people. The wait time was minimal, which is phenomenal. The staff was friendly. I was impressed.
