Dr. Volk is the best doctor I've had in years! He is attentive, he listens, he talks to you, not at you. He explains things to you where you "get it" and it's not medical gibberish. The staff and nurses are all top knotch & great people.

Go see a real Dr... They gave my 2yr old penicillin after, we told him she was allergic. She broke out in hives all over her body. All they have is nurse practitioners. No healers. The only thing it's good for is antibiotics.

So my mother n law passed away on may 21th 2021 and we called may 25th and ask to take debit card off file and they told me they did it and come to fined out they charged the card again for August and didnt for June are July I think everyone should check your billing statements 😠 place probally needs to be investigated to just saying

Worst clinic I have ever been to. Front desk lady is rude as all get out and acts as if we are just wasting her time and gives vague answers to questions. Nurse didn’t seem to know what she was even doing. Scheduled us for a day where they knowingly couldn’t even do what we were needing (wellness checkup and vaccinations) and didn’t tell us this until we got there. Also didn’t tell us until we got there that they can’t even give my son his vaccinations because they don’t even keep them in stock?? All information we could have been told while scheduling the appointment. Dr volk is nice and good with kids but rushed with a checkup on a 5 year old with a high fever and bad cough. Didn’t even test him for anything, just prescribed basic antibiotics. Don’t waste your time here.

Doctor is good and nurses are too but front desk she is rude and when I ask a question Give you an attitude and don’t give you a lot of info

I drive an hour, one way, just to be seen by dr Volk!!! Worth every mile !!! Best doctor I’ve found in a long time!!!

Great staff 5 🌟 went there on 2-19-19 everyone was so nice.Dr's had a wonderful bedside manner and everyone else did to, very cheerful people.l really enjoyed my visit.yes l will go again .Love it.

5 stars is for the doctor. He is a very wise, personable man who shows genuine care and interest for his patients. He’s been able to pinpoint every ailment I’ve had and figured out I have a system like a little kid! Lol Great bedside manner and no nonsense when it comes to getting you better. 1 star for the front desk. I’ve been here since 2010 and no matter how many nice things I say or how kind I am to her, she shows no interest in helping people. She will make you sit forever then rudely inform you when you ask 2 hours later the wait time that you should have called while you were sitting there and made an appointment. Purely focused on data entry minutia and most unwelcoming. I hope the good doctor can get her training or help her develop better in this area because she’s hurting his business and not growing in her position. The moment another urgent care opens up, this place will no longer be people’s only choice.

This is my second time here in a week. First time we made an appointment for my mom and we sat here for two hours, while walk ins were seen before us, without obvious detrimental health issues or appointments. So we rescheduled for today and came back. She was escorted to the patient room to be seen by the doctor this time (they remembered her) and hour and a half ago.. and is still sitting in there. I've been in the waiting room watching all the walk ins go in and out in the mean time. The receptionist had probably never smiled in her life. Go somewhere else unless you have a few hours to burn. You'll be seen faster at any emergency room in an overcrowded city than here. Edit: -after leaving- my mother really likes the doctor, says he listens to her concerns and addresses them adequately (and that she isn't associated with this review). Changed from 1 start to 3 since she does agree that the receptionist is a soulless demon and the wait time is still ridiculous.
