Great staff! They try to figure out what your issue is and help the best way they can. Dr, Cruz is amazing.
Our experience was great! Great service and very kind. Would definitely recommend!
Dr. Poujah has gone above and beyond to help my uncle and his diabetic cut on his foot. We’ve been going for probably 5 months and she’s literally just as concerned as day 1. We walked into her office, she immediately ordered home health, we met with her weekly, as soon as she thought an infection was setting in she told him to get to the ER. She went in, cleaned out the infection, and even when another ER doctor was recommending amputation, she said no, the foot can be saved. She recommended him to see a vascular doctor who was able to clean out a vein and get blood flow to the foot. I can’t recommend her enough! She will work her hardest to take care of you. Also, her office staff is amazing!
Was very excited to have my first nail care appointment. Was confirmed 2 days ago. At the office I was told I couldn't be seen b/c it was too soon since my last nail care and M/C would not pay.Said they had left me several messages. (Not one). I told them this was my 1st, they said no, I had it done in May. I said no I had a wart worked on in May. She insisted it was documented, I insisted it was not done.. she left, talk to someone, said yes, my nails were trimmed in May. I asked to speak to someone else, was told they were too busy. I could only have nail care if I wanted to pay cash. My toes, I think I should know. If the nail care was charged to Medicare, I will be informing them that they were charged for services that were not provided. I hate that this happened. I love Dr Cruz and his nurse and was planning to have surgery in the fall. No, I won't be back.
Dr. Poujah has gone above and beyond for me. The VA never told me how to fix my foot issues but she went above and has fixed the issue. I appreciate what they have done for me and I look forward to working with them more. Definitely recommend coming here.
I’ve been here twice and I just want to say how amazing the staff is every time!! So grateful to have found this office!! Would recommend 1000 times!!
Absolutely the best! From the staff to the doctor, can’t ask for better! A group of sweet and caring people. Highly recommend!
I had tremendous anxiety about having my ingrown toenails removed...the nurse administering the injections was wonderful-I felt very little pain! Dr Cruz was awesome, very personable, precise and informative. I highly recommend Family Foot & Ankle Center.
Dr Amanda Pajouh was very attentive and knowledgeable. She provided me with amazing care for my foot pain. I recommend her to anyone with any foot and ankle problems.
Family Foot & Ankle Center is a great place for foot care. Dr Cruz and the staff are fabulous in making you feel comfortable & at ease while doing your procedure. Ruth A.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
