Very frustrating experience with this clinic’s new sick-visit scheduling process. I called first thing in the morning because my child was sick, only to be told that I could no longer schedule a sick appointment directly and that I needed to wait until 6 PM for someone to call me back. As a parent, this is extremely inconvenient. Children don’t get sick according to a clinic’s schedule. If my child wakes up sick in the morning, I should be able to call the office and find out what options are available that day not wait until the evening just to receive a call about an appointment. I have actually liked this clinic in the past and have been comfortable bringing my children here, which makes this change even more disappointing. Unfortunately, the new process is making me reconsider staying with the clinic altogether. I shouldn’t have to rearrange my entire day or wait until 6 PM when my child is sick and needs to be seen. I really hope the clinic reconsiders this policy because it is not parent-friendly and makes accessing care unnecessarily difficult.

Hope Health is a really great option for those who are looking for a clean, reputable health care location! From general check ups, to taking my kids to the pediatrics dept and having all my dental needs taken care of here, I can say they’re great doctors and people here ready to serve you!

1 only cuz there’s not an option for 0. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. I’ve been trying to set up an appointment for my baby for a WHILE now and no one will answer the phone. I get put on hold and flip flopped from 1st 2nd and 3rd in line but no ever actually answers. Don’t get me wrong once you actually get in the doctors at great but good lord JUST ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!. Why do I have to be 3 seconds away from an aneurism just to make an appointment for my child??!!

Pediatrician Taylor is more than acceptable and exceeds her performance. She listens and gives feedback on every concern you have about your children. She saw all of my children in 2 days in different locations with a positive attitude and engaged in every conversation with enthusiasm. Im very grateful for her and her professionalism.
