List of Jeffrey Parrett's Reviews
Dr. Parrett and his staff are terrific. This was my second visit and I am very pleased with the outcome of my treatment. There has been very little post procedure pain. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and makes you feel at ease. I would recommend Dr. Parrett for any issues and treatment of the foot.
The office is friendly, and it is easy to get an appointment. I initially went in to have ingrowns removed. It was suggested that he remove the entire nail. Upon doing so and following their instructions, the gauze was embedded into my nail bed. I called numerous times requesting an appointment and guidance and was brushed off. It was 4 days later that they finally gave it to see me. Dr. Parrett said ‘oh wow that is an entire gauze pad! It wouldn’t ever soak loose.’ Yes this is what I kept explaining and no one would listen. This delayed the healing and added to the discomfort. After going through injections again, he ripped the gauze off. And I was required to pay another bill. Fast forward through growing the nails back. And again the pieces I originally went in for removal regrew and were required to be removed. Another appointment, more injections. Two cuts on one toe and one on the other. Horrible infection. In one toe that took almost 2.5 weeks to get rid of to even begin to heal. Now 1.5 mos later the scabby skin is finally coming loose, and I can see why they right toe is still having complications. The outside edge was miscut and still has a huge chunk of nail that wasn’t removed. The right side feels like something is stuck in there like a splinter and it is still raw and sore. The left toe healed nicely with the exception of obtaining a nice fungus under the nail after the procedure. Needless to say, I am not going back for a 5th visit to have my toes messed up further. Extremely disappointed.
Dr. Parent and his staff - check in, nurse, and check out were professional, kind and he was able to pin point my problem and implement a conservative solution. He is kind, knowledgable and professional; excellent bedside manner. Their facility is immaculate. Highly recommend.
Dr Parrett and staff were great. I didn’t wait long in the waiting room. The staff was great at getting me set up for my appointment and preparing the the way for Dr Parrett to do his examination. He is friendly as well as thorough with discussion of the pathology, treatment and management options. He had some great specific information to help me make better shoe choices to support my foot structure. It not hard to see that he cares. If I have more problems I will be going back.Robert FisherPhysical Therapist
Very professional. Listened to my concerns and decided upon a plan of action to help with pain. Very helpful staff.
I just want to thank this office and all the staff and Dr. Parret for taking the time to listen to my husband. He is a diabetic and had a terrible experience with former Dr before I found this office. Prior Dr told my husband to soak his feet (which you do not do if diabetic with a foot ulcer) I didn't make that appointment to go with him that visit, my mistake. After I found out what prior Dr had said I immediately found Dr. Parret. He seen us and took very great care of my husband. We make regular visits to make sure all is well and he has really helped my husband with his feet. A bit expensive but well worth it for my husbands well being. I want to thank Dr. Parret and staff for all they do and the time they take with their patients..
My Dr referred me 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive a call for an appointment.
So far I’ve had a very good experience with Dr Parrett. He is pleasant, comforting and willing to answer any and all questions. The demeanor of his staff ranges from business like to very friendly.
TWO REVIEWS IN ONE: First, the day after surgery review:I only had the surgery yesterday and am already giving my review -- as a former national and professional athlete and now working in a gym in which I see many post-surgery patients in our physical therapy department ... I HAVE to share what I know about Dr. Parrett and his staff. There are too many surgeons who should not be; there are far too many doctors who are far too quick to suggest surgery; there are too many physicians w/poor bedside manner and then ... there is Dr. Parrett. My only regret is waiting too long to get this surgery. I messed my foot up so badly that it had to be broken to re-set, toes turned to the proper direction, "sanding down" (yikes) of bone and setting up. Yet, not even 24 hours later, I'm feeling both good and grateful. Had the surgery in their BlueBonnet facility - the nurses are amazing. Thank you, everyone at Dr. Parrett's practice. If you have a damaged foot, you owe it to yourself to see Dr. Parrett before anyone else.NOW REVIEW II: Three months later .... I decided to share this because if you're like me, I was really worried about how long it would take to "come back." Right at the three month mark, I returned to teaching Spinning and kickboxing classes. I can't kick HARD yet but am getting there. I am back to walking my dogs, climbing stairs, working out on the Elliptical and taking Pilates. I can't quite run yet but ... soon.
Called to make an appointment ,now I am not a new patient, my foot is swollen and burning can hardly walk on it and the receptionist told me he's is scheduleing people with new issues farther out and gave me an appointment two weeks away.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
