Brittany is rude. She told me calling in a prescription was a curiosity and they didnt have to. I've never had another dr office tell me that. Poor customer service. I placed my first call at 11, no response. Close to 3, I called back needing to talk to someone. After several calls I finally talk to brittany and given the run around. My dad who is the patient calls to ask and they tell him the dr forgot to call it in. But the pharmacy already had the prescription but was out. I just needed to get it transferred to another pharmacy. Why lie and why make things difficult.

Dr. McSpadden performed double hip surgery on my husband October 2018. He could hardly walk and would easily fall. After surgery when we arrived home he walked into the house. Had 3 home health visits which was suppose to be 2 weeks. Started physical therapy had 3 visits and was released from therapy. Six months later we were back to cruising with our friends. Life is great for my husband no more pain and no more falling. Highly recommend Dr. McSpadden

Dr McSpadden and staff are amazing!! Thorough and clear on what is going on. Helpful and caring. I’ve had one procedure done with Dr McSpadden and am scheduled for my second in a couple weeks. Highly recommend.

Dr McSpadden and his surgical nurse have been great! Unfortunately, his office staff is terrible. They are unsympathetic to a patient in severe pain, generally unfriendly, and just really make it an unpleasant experience.

He is totally committed to your healing and returning you back to the personal levels of operation you once had. I am eternally grateful to God, Baylor Waxahachie Emergency team, Dr. McSpadden, the staff and the assigned therapists for the turn around I have today.
