List of Mark Roux's Reviews
I will not be going back to this doctors office I've had 2 bad experiences with front desk girl named Monica she's never helpful and I never get a call back from the nurses. Terrible service terrible experience.
Their PA is a joke! Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
Very well skilled Orthopedic Surgeon!!!! 👍👍👍👍👍
If you get stuck with their joke of a PA better just go somewhere else. He misdiagnosed my herniated disc as a torn hamstring and told me just to give it a couple weeks to see how I feel. He is also weirdly accusatory, asked what I was there for “a couple days ago” when I hadn’t been to this office in 2 years. Pathetic, not even qualified to be sweeping the floors.
Doctors are great, staff is kind but the follow up…. I have to call multiple times to get the next steps going.
Wait times are out of control. Waited for well over a half hour past appointment time before I even got called back. When I asked the front desk girls when I would be seen they said it was an insurance issue. Why wouldn't that be told to me at the start. Like the Dr. But the service is not great. They also never return phone messages and rarely answer the phone.
If I could give this Dr and his staff 0 stars I would! My dad fell and broke his ankle and required surgery. At the hospital, Dr Roux threw a small temper tantrum at the nurse and threw the marking pen across the table. My elderly father should have been kept overnight and sent to inpatient rehab but instead was sent home. When surgery was over he literally talked to me for 30 seconds, I was told it went good and he wanted to see him in 7-10 days, never explained anything or showed me any X-rays or anything. After being sent home on mild pain pills I called and asked his office for help because of the pain level and his falling twice and having to call 911 both times. His office staff lied to me and told me by law they could not send a different pain medicine in to the pharmacy. I also asked about inpatient rehab but was not listened to until home health got involved and requested rehab. I did receive a phone call and was told they did not know how to get someone admitted but they or a social worker from the hospital would call me back, I am still waiting on said phone call. It raises red flags when the Dr himself acts so unprofessional, I wish I would have listened to my intuition and cancelled the surgery and got a different surgeon.
Dr. Roux did my knee surgery when I tore my ACL a while back. Was very great as explaining things to help me understand, only thing is my knee scar is hideous!
I used Dr. Roux several years ago and he fixed my finger.. Would definitely let him do the work again
I felt completely at ease with Dr.Marc Roux. He was knowledgeable and he explained everything to me in a way I could understand it. Thank you for you kindness and a positive experience today.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
