I just heard that they are firing all Nurses by September 7, 2023. Xray techs will learn to start it's, non medical staff will be taught to other things on patients. NOPE. WILL AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE SOUNDS LIKE SUBSTANDARD CARE.

Emily at the front desk was really so helpful and did everything she could to help us with our insurance and Lauren was really kind and helped as much as she could and made the visit so much easier

1 clerk at the front desk, 30 minutes waiting to get checked in. 3 hours to complete drug test with 2 people in the lobby. Several people who arrived after me were serviced before me. Arrived at 850am departed at Noon.

Absolutely awful you can make a reservation 3 days ahead and youll still wait an hr and some change Reception is very rude and unprofessional You work in medical feild and still act like this NEVER COME HERE THERE ARE 5 OTHER PPACES IN THE AREA

Had an appointment booked at 9:30 am this morning for my daughter w 101.9 temp and we are going out of town tomorrow on a flight so we needed to get her seen. Her pediatrician's office was booked up for several days. We got to MedExpress at 9:10 and even though the door has hours posted open at 8 am, the place was completely locked up, lights off and no one there. Phones just ring. Entire staff didn't show apparently
