I am so thankful for this facility and their staff. Dr. Kelly has a place in my heart for the energy she brings with her to the office, and her willingness to hear what I have to say no matter how out of the box it would seem to the untrained ear. I have spoken to her in depth about my mental health- even disclosed detail of not wanting to live life anymore due to depression and severe anxiety.Though I rarely speak to people about my mental health, I can easily anticipate uncomfortable reactions (naturally). Dr. Kelly has a gift of addressing my darkest concerns with a blanket of surefooted reassurance from a practical standpoint and well educated standpoint. She looks me directly in the eyes while I speak and once I’m done speaking she always has the right words to say. If ever she did not know the right words to say, I am confident that her smile and reassuring charm would make me feel as if life was beautiful once more.This is because as she listens to the words I speak, carefully analyzing every word. I know this because she will reference parts of conversation that I was sure she would forget or not pay attention to, since that’s what we have grown used to in todays medical world.Lastly, my absolute favorite think about Dr. k, is her eagerness to laugh and share her smile.I hope this makes sense and helps you make a solid decision when choosing your Doctor.Though I have had very little experience with Dr, Khadbai, I can speak to his ethical nature and eagerness to crack a joke just as Dr. Kelly would.To the rest of the staff, I’d like to thank you all as well. You have a way of brightening my day.If you guys ever read this, please take my sincere gratitude to heart.

Glad there was nothing seriously wrong my son. He could have been dead by now !!! Kinda ridiculous how long it took to get results. I can only hope for you to go through the same situation with your child and only then will you ever understand.

I was looking for a PCP I can see there's so many complaints about the front office staff being rude and dropping the ball. I'm going somewhere else. Seems whoever is responding to these complains really doesn't care. And puts it off on the manager. If the manager is letting all of this slip by it might be time to find a new manager and a new front desk staff I'm glad I read the reviews before setting up any appointments

Dr. Adam Khadbai and Star Family Medicine are amazing! They are always quick to respond and are very helpful. The practice manager, Donna, is always very informative and helpful, anything I need she has the answer. She is a major part of why the practice is so successful. I highly recommend this practice for all of your family needs.

Dr. Khadbai and his office staff are rude, not transparent and do not have their patient's best interest in mind. We have been waiting on my son's cardiac test results for weeks, but the office staff continues to say that Dr. Khadbai has not reviewed the hospital's report and that he does not have time. I have explained to them that we need the results ASAP to determine next treatment steps, but they continue to withhold vital information we need about my son's medical results. The office staff's excuses about why the results are not ready change each day and we have been left to seek another doctor therefore delaying potential treatment.

I have been seeing Dr. Khadbai for few years now after a horrible experience with another clinic in town. He is awesome!! I love the front desk staff they were so funny and friendly from day one!! She makes me laugh every time I call!! I like them so much my daughter has been seeing Kelly for a few years now as well. Kelly is very good with teens and so knowledgeable!! I wish I had someone like her when I was a teenager. Both Dr. Khadbai and Kelly don’t rush they take their time with you to explain and listen as well. Great Bedside Manners!!! I have recommended several people to this practice. Are they perfect, no. But I am not perfect at my job either, we are human and make mistakes or just have an off day. But 99% of the time the entire medical staff at Star Family Medicine is on top of their game!!

I spoke to a Donna over the phone and she was discourteous. I definitely believe that doctor offices front line staff are a key point in healthcare and over all patient care. She however was impolite and impatient. She assumed I had no previous knowledge of the issue we were discussing. I do hope Dr.Adam Khadbai reads this review as well as the previous reviews. Notably there is an issue that presents around “Donna & front staff” that should unquestionably be reviewed and possibly reprimanded. In my opinion I would Never in any condition see a provider that doesn’t provide all around good and personable care throughout an office

Dr.khadbai is great! What’s not so great are the people who answer the phones and front desk. Terrible people who instead of helping or correcting you, will laugh in your face. I called and said incorrect information that I didn’t know was incorrect and instead of them correcting me or helping me the lady just laughed at me. Very unprofessional and they always have a stuck up attitude. I hope dr knows that no matter how great you are, your staff will ruin your chances of ppl ever returning
