Outstanding customer service. Excellent staff!!!

Dr. Sawyer and his staff are the best! I had such and easy and successful smile LASIK experience. From the first appointment to the last, they took the time to answer all my questions and took the best care of me. I highly recommend Sawyer Eye Center.

Excellent eye doctor. Friendly staff, doctor very clear when explaining status of eye exams.

I spoke to a lady about some questions I was concerned about. Dr Sawyer has few offices & the lady I spoke to was not in the Weatherford office. The Weatherford office staff are very nice. I have no problem with Dr Sawyer, he's fine. I had cataract surgery in April. When I went in for post surgery I saw an Optometrist In his office. I ask her specifically about my stigmatism & she said there was none there & all I needed was no line bifocal. I took my prescription to get glasses & he said the stigmatism is in the prescription & that I had some far sided in the prescription too. He thought it was strange too. I called the Weatherford office to ask about it & this lady called me from a different office. She was very condescending to me & told me I must have misunderstood & went on to tell me what stigmatism was & that the no line bifocals were progressive lenses. I know what they are, I didn't need to be told what they mean. I was just surprised at her attitude. For this reason I will not return to Dr Sawyer. Nancy Wallace

Dr Sawyer is an excellent Dr He cares about his patient and is very carering man Could not ask for better Dr, If need a good dr I give him a 5 out of 5. I is one of the best I promise,

I have been seeing Dr. Sawyer for awhile now. I think he's great. My problem was with another Doctor there. She checked my eyes after cataract surgery. I ask her about stigmatism that I have & she said there was no stigmatism & I didn't have to get progressive lenses. When I took the prescription to the optical store I was told that they were both in the prescription. I called the office to tell them what the optometrist told me. I'm not sure who I spoke to, but I believe she may be at another office. She was very condescending, & told me that I must have misunderstood her. I said I didn't misunderstand her, because I ask her specifically about those two eye conditions She went on to explain what those two conditions were. I didn't need to know what they meant, because I knew what the conditions were, I was told again I misunderstood the doctor. I'm now considering not going back & finding a new ophthalmologist. All of the girls in the Weatherford office are always very nice.

My visit to Sawyer was very deliteful. The Dr. as well as the staff were very professional and I was treated with the utmost respect. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time without delay. I would certainly reccomend Sawyer Eye Center to my family and friends for their eyecare solutions.
