Fantastic doctor that cares and really listens to your concerns!
On the same medication for 15 years and because of a miscommunication they just discontinue meds without informing you.
I have seen Dr. Bratton for over 5 years and this is the first time that I went to his location in Brock (closer to home). I got in to see his PA, prescribed me medicine and said that if I wasn't better to give them a call back. I called back on Monday and spoke to the receptionist pertaining to the medicine that I was prescribed to me and stated that I needed something else. It is Thursday and I haven't heard from anyone yet, so I left another message this morning and still haven't heard heard from anyone. I don't feel any better than when I went in on Thursday. So going on a week, I still feel like crap and had taken several didn't medicines.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I have waited on a prior auth for medication for 3 weeks now. Instead of sending the prior auth to both insurance companies, (because I’m dual covered) they decide to just do one at a time. Instead of offering to call in another med for the time being they did nothing but drag their feet. I never had an issue when Kelly was there and I seen her. I went in as a new patient and the heavy set girl in the front window was so rude , after being asked my birthdate for the 4th time I LEFT would not check my insurance to make sure it would work(main reason I came) totally bad experience!!! later chose another doctor they checked my ins. filled out new patient paperwork, made an appointment. no hassle very friendly
He always listens to my concerns and will provide answers that determine what may or may not be ocurring. Great Dr!
Dr Bratton is the greatest! He listens. He is genuinely concerned about his patients. His sports medicine knowledge is spot on. He is kind and compassionate and his staff is friendly and cheerful. He is my forever doctor.
I’m a newcomer to Weatherford and selected Dr. Bratton on his HealthGrades rating, and that he is a participating provider with BC/BS. I was greeted with a smile by both the front office staff, the nurse and the Dr. This wil be my new Medical Home and I’m happy to be a patient.
When trying to find a good Dr. in my plan, visited with him and immediately liked his "bedside manner". Even moving 35 miles, I still prefer to drive that distance to see him, when necessary. He actually listens and that's a main priority for me!
Saw him at the Brock office. Very friendly and conservative in med management. Follow up care was less than desired. Despite numerous attempts to get an appointment, because "something wasn't right with me" I could never reach the scheduler. This was multiple calls, being left on hold, messages left and never a call back. I spent time in the hospital with a low potassium level that could have stopped my heart. This all due to a new BP he put me on. Despite being told the Dr @ the hospital notified him to discuss my condition, I have yet to receive any contact from the office. Cannot recommend.

Dr. Bratton is my doctor and he has been great, listens with concern offers suggestions. Would recommend him highly. Dr. Bratton helped me during a very difficult time
