On the same medication for 15 years and because of a miscommunication they just discontinue meds without informing you.

I have seen Dr. Bratton for over 5 years and this is the first time that I went to his location in Brock (closer to home). I got in to see his PA, prescribed me medicine and said that if I wasn't better to give them a call back. I called back on Monday and spoke to the receptionist pertaining to the medicine that I was prescribed to me and stated that I needed something else. It is Thursday and I haven't heard from anyone yet, so I left another message this morning and still haven't heard heard from anyone. I don't feel any better than when I went in on Thursday. So going on a week, I still feel like crap and had taken several didn't medicines.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I have waited on a prior auth for medication for 3 weeks now. Instead of sending the prior auth to both insurance companies, (because I’m dual covered) they decide to just do one at a time. Instead of offering to call in another med for the time being they did nothing but drag their feet. I never had an issue when Kelly was there and I seen her.
