Spent 170 dollars on a consultation for my husband and left feeling like "what a total waste of my time and money". The doctor spent less than 5 minutes with my husband. Offered a last resort drug that has serious side effects and didn't even bother to understand or know his history. Can not or would not recommend .

They would not call interpreter service and you have to call yourself and they are very selfish and would not support to pay for interpreter. What kind of people are they are doing to be rude to deaf people. I would not go there again till he learn lesson. Stupid staffs.

I forgot all my information, the staff helped me get everything I needed and called the insurance company to correct my copayment.Dr. Ravi Pachigolla diagnosed my daughters tonsil issue immediately and explained everything thoroughly to us.The doctor and his staff are Awesome.

My family has used Dr Rupa for over 10 years. She is the most caring and thorough doctor I have ever used. The office staff has changed a lot, but they now have an amazing solid team. I never have to wait for responses and I always feel like I have been heard. I cannot stress enough how they spoil me as a patient.Dr Ravi takes care of patients I work with and is always so kind and caring. He has a very calm bedside manner that easily relaxes those patients when they are a bit nervous. I don’t hesitate recommending the Pachigolla’s to anyone.
