I forgot all my information, the staff helped me get everything I needed and called the insurance company to correct my copayment.Dr. Ravi Pachigolla diagnosed my daughters tonsil issue immediately and explained everything thoroughly to us.The doctor and his staff are Awesome.

My family has used Dr Rupa for over 10 years. She is the most caring and thorough doctor I have ever used. The office staff has changed a lot, but they now have an amazing solid team. I never have to wait for responses and I always feel like I have been heard. I cannot stress enough how they spoil me as a patient.Dr Ravi takes care of patients I work with and is always so kind and caring. He has a very calm bedside manner that easily relaxes those patients when they are a bit nervous. I don’t hesitate recommending the Pachigolla’s to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Rupa for 3 years and since the first visit it was clear that she listens attentively, does not shy away from diagnostics and has a straightforward, thorough practice that I very much appreciate. In the past, the front office staff was not so great and I did dread having to leave messages, call in medication refill requests and really, just checking in for an appointment was a bit of a downer. I’ve seen a drastic improvement in the staff and I am more than happy to give her practice 5 stars.

Dr. Rupa and her staff have been extremely supportive and caring during my last 16 months of healthcare at her office. Not only has she made sure that my general health has been addressed and administered to, but she and her her group have gone above and beyond to help me through my journey to obtain the specialists I have needed for other health issues. I not only feel cared for, but also cared about.
