Aspire Houston Fertility Institute's Online Review Report Card

I've been searching to find a doctor and medical practice that can assist me on my journey to becoming a mom. I had 3 consultations with 3 different doctors from 3 different practices over a six week period, and while I did not choose Dr. Nurudeen I did appreciate the professionalism of her office including the dress and appearance of her staff and the focus on patient care and our experience in her office. I visited her office twice. Dr. Nurudeen herself was incredibly knowledgeable and I could tell she has the genius to perform my procedure, but there were other things I needed that were equally important to me. She did not stand to greet me when I walked in her office. Hopefully, she'll be more consistent with future patients when it comes to that. Additionally, going on this journey can be an emotional toll for many women, and we may require a doctor with a little empathy. A simple gesture of passing your patient a tissue when they get emotional sharing their story goes a long way. And, lastly, communicating with patients if they are going to be seen by a nurse instead of a doctor. The impression I got from Aspire Facility is that every appointment you are seen by a doctor, and that was very important to me when choosing a medical practice, so if that changes I should've been informed prior to my appointment. However, upon my arrival to my second appointment the staff, was very professional in how they handled that situation once they realized the situation. All in all, I would recommend Dr. Nurudeen and her practice although I chose another doctor who was better suited for me.

The staff here is amazing! All of the nurses are so nice. They’re quick to respond with any questions I had at my appointment or messages I sent. Dr.Witz helped my husband and I get pregnant with our first child. We are so excited!

And let me preface this by saying that I never write reviews but I had to let this be known. I had 2 previous scheduled appointments that I had schedueld but had to cancel due to COIVD and being called into work. These appts were in 2021 I believe. Fast forward to now and I call to get another appointment. They said that there policy is that you have to pay a fee to schedule an appointment after 2 canceled appts. No Problem. I understand. At the time I was making the appt, I told the scheduler that I believed I had another appt for my child scheduled that day. She said she would go ahead and schedule the appt. and I said I would try to get back to her that day. She never said that if I do not call back that day, I would have to pay another rescheduling fee of $109 to change the appointment. Nor was it communicated that recheduling and canceling are the same thing. So the scheduler scheduled the appt and was going to violate their own policy if I called back that day to reschedule but since now it's almost a week until the appt, that is no allowed. So she tells me it was a miscommunication on her part but that it doesn't matter, I will still have to pay another $109 to change the appt. So I told her that if she had told me that, I never would have scheduled the appt and that I was very open about possibly having another appt for my child that day that I needed to verify. All 3 people I spoke to said that it didn't matter what I spoke about with the scheduler, that in order to make another appt I would have to pay the $109. I have made more appts than I can count with various specialists, etc over the years and this is the worst customer service I have ever had at a doctors office. The scheduler never should have allowed me to make the appt and the fee should have been waived since she did not communicate to me properly. And like I told her, she messed up so you want me to pay another fee for your mess up!!!! Needless to say, I will find another clinic. If your scheduler does not know how to do their job, nor the office recognize the mistake was made, I will take my business elsewhere and ensure that no one else I know goes to that clinic.

Good reception at the Aspire fertility institute today 02/13/2023. Consultation with Dr. Kemi Nurudeen was quit revealing and very interesting. It was a perfect meeting and the issues presented were treated and attended to with great satisfaction. We are very please and indeed happy to the O&G Consultant.

Excellent experience with Dr. Nurudeen! This is all new territory for me, and she made me feel extremely comfortable asking all my questions.

Doctor really nice and professional

My husband and I are so thankful for everyone at this clinic. We cannot be happier with our experience. Dr. Nurudeen was extremely supportive and was able to help us conceive our little nugget (thankfully pretty quickly). The nurses at this clinic were the absolute sweetest! I went in for a consultation and dr.Witz explained everything in detail for me and my husband. We got more answers and understanding today than we have with the last clinic we went too. I’m very happy and the ladies that work there are very kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place. I’m ready for this journey.

Trying to get in touch and schedule an appointment and talk to anyone is horrible. I needed to move an appointment and called multiple times and emailed. Never received a response until after the scheduled appointment. Would not recommend.
