I’m a current patient and the office does not answer the phone. They do not take care of their patients who are in need of care, I’m not even sure the doctor herself knows what poor service is provided

Trying to make an appointment or get in touch with a real person in the office is impossible! I have been trying to make a follow-up appointment for my husband after he was discharged from the hospital 3 WEEKS AGO. Nobody in her office answering the telephone, when I was able to leave a message I left 2 messages letting them know I needed to make a follow-up appointment but nobody ever called me back. When I call around 8:30am the recording says the office is closed and there normal business hours are 8AM till..... The only way to leave any kind of message is thru the answering service and it is only for emergencies. What a waste of time. It's too bad that I have to find another Infection Disease doctor for my husband, because he really like Dr. Nyalakonda when she saw him while he was on in the hospital Oh well, I will move on to another doctor and I know I will have better luck getting in touch with a real human being, or at least an answering machine.

I was referred to Dr Nyalakonda by my oncologist and pulmonologist after months of persistent pneumonia. I’ve had cancer multiple times in the last few years, so I’ve had to interact with so many different physicians. Based on my experience, i could not have been more pleased with their choice of physician to coordinate my care. She is extremely intelligent, has an exceptional “bedside manner”, and she quickly implements effective treatment protocol, stays on top of your treatment needs, and gets results. She’s one of the best physicians I’ve ever had to work with, and her staff is a pleasure to work with as well. Definitely 5 stars!!!!
