Suggestions nurses would start coming in waking me up at 530am for 1 pill. Then at 630am wake me up to give me my other medicine. 530am 1 pill should have been given at 630 am with other med. The food is good most nurses where very helpful then a few were not so helpful.

My toddler was transferred to Clear Lake Regional from another ER with pneumonia ear infection and hypoxia. The staff were Amazing. Doctors ordered appropriate test nurses were on top of his symptoms so loving passionate and patient. I am a hard customer to please and when it regarding my kids Im even worse. I have no complaints. Everything was explained to me they went over and beyond to make me comfortable which in turned made my son comfortable. I am so Grateful for the care and professionalism my family received. PICU was on top of my sons condition. I would recommend anyone to go and get treatment for their kids here. I cant say Thank You enough.

This visit that I had was a surprising one. It is the first time in going there that after approximately 30 years was the first time I got in helped and out in 212 years.

My husband came in for respiratory distress and hypertensive crisis. His life has been utterly changed by his visit to the ER and stay at the Heart Hospital. The doctors and nurses were kind and knowledgeable. He has always had a fear of hospitals and says he is no longer afraid to go because of the care he received. They were encouraging and compassionate when addressing the fact he needs to lose weight. They were not judgmental or rude. They listened to his concerns kept him informed and allowed him to make decisions about his healthcare. I’m a nurse as well and was overall happy with the care he received.
