Jaesoon Hite's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Hite has a great bedside manor. She is very friendly and takes the time to answer any questions I may have. She has been my doctor for a couple of years and I will continue to see her.

I’m disappointed with this doctor. I have a UTI and she prescribed antibiotics and also offered a urine test (but said it was up to me). I said I was pretty confident it was a UTI so we skipped it. A few days into the antibiotics I could tell it was still going strong so I messaged her asking if I could please have the screening because I think I have an antibiotic resistance due to having to take several strong antibiotics the year before. I also had a UTI earlier in the year that didn’t go away with one round so I just wanted to be prepared if it didn’t work again and she wanted to have me tested before giving me a different antibiotic. Last time Kelsey took 5 days for the urine sample to come back and for anyone who has had UTI every day without antibiotics is an eternity of pain and wanted to be proactive. So crickets on her end (aka no response). I felt symptoms coming back after antibiotic completion so called her office late Friday afternoon. It took her 3 days (Monday morning) to get back to me to even order a urine test...

Dr. Hite is very thorough and goes the extra mile to determine the cause of the problem. She is very knowledgeable. She also very understanding of the patients concerns and explains her diagnosis in terms that the patient can understand. She will always be my first choice when I need medical attention. In my opinion, she is one of the best doctors on your staff.

I love Dr. Hite. She is caring and professional. She's the only dr I see because I don't trust anyone else.

I needed a new doctor because I recently moved & changed insurance companies. I picked her because she saved my husband’s life by diagnosing a heart problem.

Dr. Hit has absolutely no bedside manor. Her care of my family member was terrible. She seems cold as ice & was rough. For example: she just yanked out packing from a wound without any conceration for the discomfort. Dr. Doesn't review past medical history very well & seems to be in a hurry. She also practices at Kelsey-Seabold clinic. I wouldn't let her care for a stray dog.

I was shown to the exam room 5 minutes before my appointment time. After examination by nurse, Dr. Hite came into the room (no waiting in the exam room). She was very thorough and covered every aspect of my care. She performed a physical exam and recommended several other tests. Very professional. I did not rate for follows up after visit because this was my first visit and I will know more later.

Dr. Hite is the benchmark of what a doctor experience should be. I chose her by chance in 2005 and have been so happy with that serendipity. There have been a couple of years when I had to see other doctors due to insurance changes. Dr. Hite is on her game and in every other doctor comparison, she wins. I just love having her as my doctor! She is knowledgeable and I trust her. She has a compassionate patient manner and is so humble and graceful. I love that when she wants lab work, or an x-ray, it's right there. No more driving to another facility and waiting for results. When I'm sick, that's the last thing I want to do! I love that all my records are online and easily accessible, with notifications when I'm due for my yearly preventive care procedures. While the latter may not apply specifically to Dr. Hite, it is part of the overall package she offers to patients. Like I said, for me, she sets the bar.

I highly recommend Dr. Hite! She is thorough and I trust her to treat me well. She has never hesitated to order tests or refer me to a specialist if needed. She explains everything along the way and never seems in a rush to get out the door to move along to her next patient. I'm not an easy patient to deal with due to numerous drug allergies and potential drug interactions from the ones I take routinely, but I have never felt like I was a "problem child" and the care I have received has been top notch.
