The wait in the exam room is extremely long. Appointment was at 1pm and sit and waited for 2hrs. And patients that came after was seen immediately.

I feel Privileged to have Dr Hackney as my Urologist and Surgeon. His Expertise and Knowledge should in my opinion, circumvent any situation "someone" may have had with a staff member. I have had only excellent experience with his staff, but most importantly, HIS Commitment, Compassion and Dedication to his patients is a Rarity I have experienced in recent years. He is a truly an amazing Doctor.

I had a good experience with him. He is polite and professional and accurately treated me, and did not order unneeded tests. The office staff is somewhat unprofessional, and in one visit, there was a lot of food out for a party or something and I thought that was gross and unsanitary.

There may be difficulties with reaching the office but the level of service when I am actually with Dr Hackney and is staff is excellent. Very kind and knowledgeable. Answers all my questions and helps me feel supported.

I really appreciated the process of scheduling appt. Very helpful and pleasant to talk to! I appreciate the care and concern that was given!

I would like to give a big thank you shout out to the professional office staff of Dr. Jeremy Hackney. My husband had a situation where he needed to be seen soon and Talicia Howard went beyond to help Michael be worked in to their busy schedule. She emailed us a NEW PATIENT PACKET so we wouldn't experience delay when we arrive. She has called us back and is working it out for us. She is super professional, kind and listened to our needs.

Don’t use this doctor!!!! Medical privileges at HCA should be revoked. Like his last name suggests, he’s a hack job and so will any procedure he performs. Simple, routine kidney stone removal will turn into a nightmare! And you can’t get a returned phone call post op. They will refuse to answer your second call once they have your number. They will literally let patients die before they contact the doctor or nurse for post op infection procedure/admittance. You are on your own. Dr. Hackney is as well often unreliable for hospital staff to reach regarding treatment plans, questions, or visits. Will let you and your insurance take the hit for days without following up or before a discharge. I can’t believe this man has a license still. And every single one of his staff should be barred from the medical industry.

I started to feel like I was getting a UTI on Friday. I called his office on Monday and left a message telling them. I was told they would call back. I heard nothing. I called back Tuesday and was told to come in and leave a urine specimen. I had to drink 2 16.9 bottles of water in his office to be able to get enough for the test. They did not test it that day to see if I had an infection, or if they did the did not give me anything. They said it would be sent for a culture. By the time I got home I started having the worse chills of my life. Somehow I was able to call someone and left a message that made no sense. They came as soon as they got the message and realized something was wrong. An ambulance was called and I was transported to ER. I was incoherent with a fever of 103.3. I was in the hospital for 2 days and given several bags of antibiotics. I was also unable to pass urine for about 24 hours.

Worst office staff ever, I don't know how they stay in business since they never answer the phone nor return calls. My wife has been waiting for several days for Hackney to sign off on her tooth extraction. They really don't care if their patents are in pain. We will be changing doctors.
