This is the first ever dealing with any type of fracture needing a cast. I was nervous and my child was too. The wonderful staff from the moment you sign in and Doctor Allen put us at ease. They answered all our questions always in a calm, kind manner and light hearted jokes. Am absolutely happy we were referred to them by child's pediatrician.

We always have a wonderful experience here. The doctors are all very gentle and calm, and willing to listen and work through all of your concerns with you. My daughter is on the autism spectrum and very long winded and tends to get off topic often, and they are all very patient with her and explain things in detail in ways she understands. We are very grateful for our experiences here. We keep coming back for her needs.

appointment on time. short wait. Dr.Allen is knowledgeable and explains problem and treatments well. entire staff from doctors to front office and tech personell are efficient, friendly and helpful.

The office got me in quickly (same day!) and costs were discussed up front. Dr. Allen was very personable and definitely listened to my preferences, while giving his own opinions. I left with my knee drained, cortisone shot, a new brace, instructions for 10 days of anti-inflammatories, and an at home PT sheet. It was most likely the cortisone, but after weeks of pain, I was feeling better in hours. There was also very little waiting in office! One note, they are strict on mask wearing, but told me over the phone, it's just easy to forget!
