Happy with his service.

I thought the doctor and staff were excellent. I gave them a four-star because they are not up to date when it comes to prescriptions.. I had to take a paper prescription, drop it off after sitting in line for a while and go back and pick it up after sitting in line again. It was basically the time factor that I had to use by making two trips and sitting in long lines.

This doctor listens and thoroughly answers all my questions. I could not be happier with how he handles things.

I have used a CPAP machine for over 10 years now. I simply wanted a new more updated machine but needed a prescription to get one. I was told by his staff I could do a home sleep study and get what I needed. After paying almost $200 for a virtual visit with the doctor, he told me I needed to do the home test which he said was to determiner IF I still had Sleep Apnea (which if that's the case I didn't need, I mean I already know I do) and then I would need to come in over night and do a study at the clinic to determine pressures. I already know the home test does this, I know several people who have done them and got the prescription they needed just doing the at home test. The doctor told me all of that was required by my insurance, if that's the case it would have been cheaper to do it without insurance! Anyway, he also said I had to use thier supplier for the new machine and went in to all the replacement parts and supplies I would need to buy on a regular basis (which once again I have had a CPAP machine for years, I know you dont have to replace the hose every 2 months, etc.) which he said was why I needed to have my insurance cover it. Long story short, it seemed as if once they knew it would be covered by my insurance plan they tacked on all kinds of unnecessary things they could bill my insurance for, only problem is once again I still had co-pays that would cost me a lot of money. I just wanted a newer machine which by the way only required the home test.

Great experience. My sleep study was performed professionally before, during, and after. Follow up was informative. Been using a cpap machine for four years. Dr. Dweik is professional.

Dr. Dweik took great care of me. He is very professional and a caring doctor. I had previously had a TB test years ago at another doctor's office in the medical center. I did not like how painful the test was the next day. Dr. Dweik took the time to offer me a blood test for TB instead, which I didn't even know existed! I would recommend him to any of my friends and family.

I have known this Dr for > 20 years and he has been always very professional and very reliable on delivering the accurate diagnosis and treatment

This was the worst office experience I have ever had. I went for a sleep study and the office didn't know how to bill my insurance. They made me pay up front for the entire balance before I could even do the sleep study which meant that I had to make payments. I was never told there would be additional bills and was told I had pre paid so I was good to go. After taking the sleep study the Dr. said that I have sleep apnea. Unfortunately it is not severe enough for insurance to cover a cpap machine and his office staff was very unhelpful with helping me find an affordable solution. Fast forward a year and a half and I get a $300 bill in the mail. I of course call and inquire and was told that they switched billing companies and that they have been backed up and that I am responsible for the bill that I was never expecting. I spoke to the office manager who said she understood my concerns and that she would get back to me. A week and a half later I left her a voice message and 3 days after that she had someone else call me back and tell me I had to pay the bill. No one in this office cares about your time or your health. They just want your money.
