I am a doctor. I am also Dr. Mary Mercado's patient and as such I will offer my objective assessment of this physician/surgeon. Dr. Mercado is a professional, she is open, friendly, honest and she is very accessible and easy to speak with and she has always explained every facet of my care and diagnostic in full. Considering that she is a Cardiologist/Surgeon, I understand emergent situations can occur, nonetheless my wait time has always been extremely short. She is a humble physician and a great person. I wholeheartedly encourage anyone in need of a cardiologist to, without reservations, see Dr. Mercado. You will be in great hands.

Excellent! Staff was kind and Dr. Mercado was super sweet! Visited during December 2019, front desk had cute decorations for the season.

Waited 50 mins in patient waiting area ... then was taken to Dr Mercado’s examination room ... after waiting another 50mins , heard her talking to a patient that was put in an exam room 5-6 mins after me .... I walked out after being refunded my co-pay ..... Dr Mercado is a good doctor , but she has a office staff problem .... according to studies the average wait time is 20mins and more than 30mins is considered poor planning .... no one in her office ever contacted me about it.... they didn’t care

I found Dr. Mercado to have good bedside manner and would recommend her. She was thorough in her explanations and addressed my questions honestly. She placed me on a good path forward.

Worst doctor i've met, made me feel worst then when i got there. Shows no feelings towards patients, from the beginning the nurse told me you're not going to like her she's very rude we don't even like her, sure enough from the moment she walked. Told her my symptoms and she said you're too young to be feeling like that's not what youwant to hear from a doctor at all, i literraly walked out of her office crying, i would never go back to see her, din.t even go back to get results......i don't recommend this lady at all!!!!! Very disappointed:/

I had to get a new doctor for my father-in-law. His doctor (Dr.P) of many years would not come to the ER when he had blood pressure problems. He said to send him home. I'm like what??!! I said I needed a new doctor now. She was called in by the ER doctor. I liked her the moment I meet her. She is very nice and listens to your concerns. Her office staff is great too.
