I never write reviews but I feel I need to now. If you want to go somewhere with smooth appointments, DO NOT go here!!! I had my 1st appointment and everything was okay except the wait. For my 2nd appointment, I showed up and when I walked in the door, they called saying there was a delivery and I needed to reschedule. I work and asked if there was anyone else who could see me and I was told by the front desk and by someone in the back that was not a possibility. If you decide to go with this team, be aware that they will cancel your appointment, even upon arrival. They have NO ONE else to see you. I left without a new appointment and a month later, I received a letter saying I was a no show; even when it was their fault. Needless to say, I'm going somewhere else.

Just went to office today had abnormal result from another doctor why I went here and never seen the doctor she stayed in her office her nurse looked at my results say were normal no reason to c doctor I thought they seen a new patient find out about my history she had no time for me went through nurse tests pretty sorry for a doctor

!!!!!!!!!!!! Please read if you are a mama to be as a warning to never ever use Melanie as your doctor!!!!!!!!!!!! I saw Melanie when I thought I had lost my waters when 16 weeks pregnant. I cannot believe she passed medical school. Melanie used an ultrasound machine and told me I had lost my waters and that I would need to get an abortion and the baby would not make it. She did NOT get a second opinion or have empathy for my situation. She also told me I would have to get a classic c-section and I would never be able to have babies again and left the room. No bed side manner and did not get a second opinion as she did not care since her shift was over. The next day I went to another doctor and my baby was perfectly healthy and growing. He is very healthy and almost 2 years old. She had zero bed side manner and zero technical knowledge of reading an ultrasound. I warn any mother to be to never ever use Melanie as their doctor. She does not deserve to practice medicine.
