Dr. Palmer has been my son’s pediatrician since his birth in 2004. She has been amazing. I would highly recommend her or any of the other Doctors at Clearlake Pediatrics.

Dr.Palmer is the best pediatrician I have ever worked with. She is thorough, sensitive and very professional. She was at the hospital when both my children were born and now they are in high school. We appreciate the highest quality care she provides for the children.

After having Palmer as my son's primary physician for the last 2 years, we decided to switch to another doctor in the same practice. Palmer always keeps us waiting, and seems like she is in a hurry. She checks vitals, answers questions with very short reponses, does not ask if I have any other questions, and does not seem interested in my son at all we I mention what he is having problems with. She is unprofessional and a bit snobby. I'm extremely pleased with the other doctor we see, and am happy about the switch from Palmer.

Dr. Palmer is amazing, I trust her with everything I have. I'm a fist time mom, and my son is constantly sick. We are in there at least twice a month, she is very good at listening to my concerns and answering all the questions completely and fully. I went in with a scare of food allergy for my son, and although she knew he had no allergies she still sent me for an allergy test to comfort my fears and double check. They are always amazing, her nurse, Cassie is the sweetest. Dr. Palmer truly cares for her patients, and that is honestly rare to find.

My son had to see her because his primary physician was not available. It took her about 35min to see us after his scheduled appointment and she only spend about 5 minutes with us. She didn't ask if I had any questions regarding my son's condition I thought she was totally rude and unprofessional I definatley will not be scheduling any appointments with her.
