I scheduled an appointment online, thinking it was an actual appointment time. However, it turned out to be a "holding spot" that does not "hold" anything, as I was contacted to setup the "actual" appointment which was schedule for a much later date (2 weeks out). I was contacted again (1 business day before appointment) to reschedule, due to them no longer being open on the day I was scheduled. The next day they would be open, was already booked. So, I would have to wait another week for the next available time. I have not seen the physician yet, as I am a new patient. However, due to the level of unprofessionalism with scheduling, I will find a different dermatologist.

This practice feels very unprofessional. When you schedule a “doctors appointment” you end up seeing a PA, not a doctor but you still pay their full price! After going in for a check, they took 8 biopsies on me and found one small skin cancer that they wanted to remove. No one reviewed potential costs with me and suddenly, I was more than $3000 in for a simple dermatology check up. Their facilities seem almost temporary with very little waiting room furnishings and their Pearland office is in a strip center store front. Today I received a letter threatening to send my account to a collection agency for $14.00 even though I had NEVER received an invoice from them showing that balance. My wife and I will not be using this practice again. Unprofessional and aggressive.

I have been a patient of Dr. Joseph Sedrak for three months and am very glad he is my dermatologist. He and his staff are thorough, answer questions clearly, and treat patients with respect. I highly recommend them!

A professional and caring team at the Webster location. Patrick Evans, PA, performed multiple multiple skin procedures. Patrick and nurse explained issues and made recommendations during the examination. I was extremely happy with the appointment and outcome. 👍 Will return.
