This place is so unprofessional, they don’t even answer the phones or get back with you in a reasonable amount of time, it took a week for them to call in a prescription after my doctors visit. Even the pharmacist attempted to email my prescription request, and they never responded. Yet they’re quick to take your money. It’s been over two weeks of them setting up a referral and I have not heard from them. And still they don’t answer the phone!

Ochoa is cold and not helpful to patients. I always had to schedule with Dr. Del who was more compassionate and helpful. I finally had to leave this place for good. Ochao does not help patients at all. Placed my life on hold for his pride. I often hear about how cold he is, nobody schedules apts with him. Looking for a real doctors office now.

Great Dr, never have had issues. PA's are wonderful and very patient. They won't let you leave until all questions are answered. All my family goes there. He has been my doctor for 35 years.

Physical therapy is great both doctors are just plain and simple professional and educate you on what you have

I would give it a 0 . My mom 89 and when she's feeling sick they don't follow up with a call.
