I went to this doctors office a couple of times this past week because I was experiencing covid 19 symptoms the both Nps I saw didn’t even care what symptoms I was experiencing they brush it off as anxiety. I tried explaining to them I couldn’t breath but it didn’t bother them they both said my appearance look “Good” and I tried to get tested but the second np I went to said they couldn’t do it there cause of my insurance! I was wow I thought with everything going on the last thing they would think about is getting paid and then Im schedule to go back to work n I explain to her I didn’t want to expose no one if I do but she didn’t care. Now I’m experiencing chest pain n sob my opinion is don’t go to this doctor no consideration what so ever for there patients. Very disappointing n bad experience

The best general practitioner in the Rio Grande Valley. My husband and I have been seeing her and her staff for two years and have been so impressed by her care and concern for patients. She also utilizes a patient portal system which makes contacting her and her P.A.s very easy.

I woke up feeling extremely dizzy about two months ago. I didn't know who or what doctor to call. I called Dr.Fuentes office for an appointment and was seen within hours the same day. I was so blessed to be seen by The Nurse practitioner "Mrs.Gonzales "Excellent down to earth loves the Medical field. She prescribed several medications and within hours I was back to normal. I highly recommend this wonderful God Blessed heaven Angel. Loves her profession and not the money $$$.

I am beyond pleased with Dr. Fuentes. She takes the time to listen and explain any questions I have very thoroughly. She has excellent bedside manner, carries herself gracefully, and is very professional. Dr. Fuentes responds to questions quickly via the patient portal. Requesting refills is a breeze. The after hours clinic is very convenient. I highly recommend Dr. Fuentes.

I recommend Dr. Fuentes and her office because of the attention and genuine care they show for each patient. I went in with an appointment and was only sitting in the waiting area for about 3 min before I was called in. Never was I left waiting to be seen (like other offices do leaving you waiting for about 20-30 min in rooms) they were with me every second. The doctor is amazing! I have a feeling she will be my family doc for years. She is worth the drive, trust me.
