My baby is 4 months and has been seen in this office since he was a newborn. However i decided to take him somewhere else due to the lack of customer service. Since he was a newborn we waited 30-45 for the doctor in a room. (Mind you they make the baby get undressed so they're freezing while waiting to be seen) You literally have to clear a 2 hour block in your schedule whenever you take your child to this office. They never have appointments available, they're always booked 2 months out so you can never reschedule your appointment if need be.

Beware - this practice delete bad reviews. This is a repost. Dr. Soto is an incompetent doctor… While the “nurse” wiped the table and we stood in the doorway of the exam room, I overheard Dr. Soto complaining to an employee that someone paged her during dinner for a medical emergency and explained how she rushed them through and told them to call the office in the morning…right in front of patients in the hallway! She should not be in healthcare because clearly she doesn’t care about her patients. If you are on call, that is your job. Dr. Soto was unable to answer medical related questions during my sons appointment. She seemed bothered and annoyed because I was asking about the dosage and frequency for his medication. Also, the “nurses” are not real nurses. I am glad someone else finally caught on in another review. They are medical assistants, if that, yet the office portrays them as RN’s. The heavy “nurse” (I think her name is Heather, she was so rude when she came in the room) watches movies at the desk in the hallway and texts while in the exam room! How unprofessional. We are now officially transferred out of this practice and I suggest you do the same if you are a patient.

My son is 20 and is STILL going to Dr Coy! She’s that amazing. As a parent I have always appreciated how thorough she is. Not only that, but she values our opinion. She never makes you feel like you have too many questions or concerns and makes us all feel valued. I’d give her more than 5 stars if I could.

We've been coming to this office for 3 years now and have seen all providers here. Staff nurses are always very pleasant, patient and helpful. MD's that practice here are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable but we just absolutely love Dr. Angelica Soto-Pereira, MD. She is personable, takes time to listen to your concerns, really gets to know your children and gives amazing suggestions/advice. She's always so positive and cheerful upon every visit. You never have to hesitate to ask questions and any concerns you have outside of the office gets addressed that day. We are so fortunate to have such a kind and loving Pediatrician. Honestly, if you're looking for a new Pediatrician and want your babe/kids in the BEST hands, don't think twice about choosing Dr.Soto,MD. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My kids were patients since they were newborn babies. They are now 17 & 14. This office is non responsive to patients needs and it’s impossible to get a doctor to return a call. When you call to make appointments, the office staff keeps you on hold for a long time. It’s very sad and disappointing for this to happen to once an esteemed doctors office.
