Dr. Ralph Hadley is hands down one of the best people and doctors I've ever encountered. Passionate, super smart and listens to you and what is going on, not just write you a script and say here. He definitely cares for his patients and it shows. Patient for about 6 years.

only getting 1 star because i have to rate. If this is the location that has Sophia Luna as the doctor then i am leaving the review at the correct location.i broke my ankle on Monday 11/15/21 and called the following day to see if i can schedule a visit with my doctor for better pain meds since we all know the ER prescribes what they can. I was scheduled for a televisit with Sophia Luna at 1.45pm. i receive the text with the link and waited until 2.45pm. This was my first televisit, so i did not know what to expect, but when i called the customer service, the woman stated that she will give them a call and see what's going on. Turns out, that this location was behind on seeing their patients and failed horribly to inform me who was waiting for an hr. I received no courtesy call, no notification, no nothing. Had i not called, who knows how long i would have been waiting to be seen.This was very unprofessional on their part. I have been using Victory Medical for years, and this is the ONLY location that i have every had any issues with. I don't know this doctors interactions or anything, but its very unprofessional on her and her staff to leave someone like this for a whole hour with no communication as to what is going on. you don't do that to your patients.I was rescheduled to my doctors location in cedar park for the following day, but i will never use this location or this doctor based off this experience. I personally work with customers everyday rather it be in person by email or by phone, but communication goes A LONG WAY REGARDLESS the situation and that's where this doctor and the staff screwed up.

I was so amazed with Victory Medical. My provider, Hadley, was extremely detailed in his care. From one provider to another, I was extremely impressed. Pauline, the MA, was amazing with her assessment skills. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this clinic.

Great care here. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the billing experience.I visited as a non-insured, out of pocket pay patient. I paid the bill in cash. 4 days after the treatment was provided, I was requested to pay additional $200 for treatment.I am not sure what part of not insured, out of pocket pay patient does this urgent care not understand.I hope this was in error and will be recrified soon.So frustrated and annoyed!

Medical practitioners are great but the bus model stinks. Came for covid test so I can visit a nursing home that requires a current test. Both time well over an hour wait and they only do walk ins.

Every time I have an appointment Jonna is the absolute BEST! Whenever there's a kink at the clinic she is the one to smooth it out. I really appreciate her and all the assistance she provides during each visit.

I was referred to Victory Medical by a friend. I've been going there for about a year and a half and have enjoyed my experience so far. I go to the Westlake location and I see Dr. Prajapati. I like that the office has a portable registration system. The wait time to see the doctor is not too long. The staff are friendly. In particular, Nora was a sweetheart. I like Dr. Prajapati. She seems very knowledgable in different issues I asked about, she took time to answer all my questions and she has a good bedside manner which is very important to me. One thing I really like is the one year physical they offer is called HeartWise, it's somewhat new I believe and not all insurances cover it but mine does (BCBS) and it is the most thorough physical I've ever had (it checks all the normal stuff plus allergies (environment & food), it checks your eyes, your thyroid, etc... there are so many things I can't even recall now! I highly recommend getting it if you can. I am happy I found Victory Medical and would recommend them to others.

Dr. Prajapati is very helpful and you can tell she really knows what she is doing! She was able to help me out with my problem when other doctors were unable to!
