The front desk staff was pleasant and the wait time to get vitals taken was short. However, the PA Victor Stava was unprofessional. He was condescending and rushed out of the room as quickly as possible. Maybe other providers have more patient-centered care practices, but it certainly did not feel that way this time.

This location always has the most caring, attentive and professional staff on hand who make a usually stressful/painful situation more comfortable and manageable. They are always courteous and respectful and I highly recommend.

I am so grateful to the Doctor I saw today, (Dr. Staava, ?spelling) He was honest and kind, and sent me in the right direction as I needed scans from a hospital. The staff and doctor made everything easy, which is so important when your hurting like I was. 👍 👏
