Both of my kids were seen for COVID symptoms. The check in process was very easy and smooth. The NP was great but the medical assistant was very rude and had terrible bedside manner. Did not get her name as she did not introduce herself, but she was not friendly and not kind with kids. Thankful for place to get in and out quickly. It's just not that hard to show some kindness. I work as an NP and kindness goes a long way especially with everything else we have going on.

Went in with a sore throat and got taken care of very fast. they sat me in a room took some swabs to test and I ended up testing positive for strep. All the ladies were so sweet and me feel welcome and in good hands.

Impossible to get in. They make you pick a “slot time” of 30 minutes. You check in and wait in your car for them to call. My 30 minute slot time had passed so I called to make sure I was still on the list. The customer service was rude and unempathetic. I was told that the slot time was only a suggestion and had nothing to do with when I would be seen, and that there was still a 45 minute wait. I told them that I had a baby to nurse and I couldn’t wait in my car all day so I needed to cancel. The worker on the phone said “okay” and hung up. This is the second time I sat in my car waiting past my slot time but the first time the customer service was bad. I won’t be giving them another chance.

This is not our normal urgent care that we go to, but there was a 2 hour wait for the one that we normally go to so I decided to give this one a shot because they said they don't accept walk-ins. I made an appointment for my 2 year old and still ended up waiting 3 hours in my car. When I called to see how much longer I was going to have to wait they told me that my son was showing up as already in a room, but we were obviously still waiting in the car. After we FINALLY got back into the room the nurse checked his vitals, asked the routine questions, and gave my son some Motrin. We then had to wait another hour for the Dr. to come back and check my son out. We will definitely not be coming back here.
